I was due to go away in a couple of days when my cat flap developed an irreparable fault. It was still under warranty and Ellie at customer service went out of her way to ensure I got a replacement quickly. I called her at 9:00am on Monday and by 2:00 on Tuesday a replacement unit had been delivered by DHL. Exceptional customer service - thank you very much

I got a Sure Cat Flap Connect and have to say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I love the accompanying app - I can see when my cats come in and exit the house with live notifications, I can also set curfews to stop them from going out at particular times. The device is easy to use, set up and easy to maintain. I recently incurred a slight issue with one of the sensors on the catflap connect and phoned customer service. I spoke to Nabeel who could not have been more thorough, kind and supportive and helping me to resolve the issue. The customer service was outstanding. Overall I really respect the fact that this company maintains a more traditional approach to customer service with a human team on hand to receive calls. The reassurance of being able to connect with someone quickly and easily if something goes wrong along with the overall great quality of the product is excellent and definitely worth the money.

Got one of this flaps recommend by window installer person, the flap worked fine for a couple of months then started to fail to open the gate, reset it couple of times as it seems to be deleting the pet microchip, customer service is slow they asked for videos of the fault and keep asking questions and questions for weeks, we give up and ordered a new one from a different company. This maybe a faulty unit and CS should just get it, test it and solve the issue but instead they keep asking questions that already have the answer for! 😡

J'ai acheté il y a 1 mois une chatière à puce électronique avec hub, qui a dès le 1er jour été adoptée par mon jeune chat. Le montage, réalisé sur un bas de porte fenêtre, a été aisé grâce à une notice pragmatique jointe au produit qui est de bonne qualité. Fonctionnement sans problème depuis l'installation (je suis toujours sur le même jeu de piles) et j'apprécie énormément le hub et les informations qu'il communique sur les entrées, les sorties et les moments où mon chat observe le jardin à travers la chatière. Un grand merci au service SAV qui m'a gracieusement expédié une nouvelle porte renforçant l'isolation aux courants d'air.TOP!

Brilliant, this is the second one I have had in 15 years, customer service were great, a replacement was sent within 48 hours, now fitted and working fine.

Absolutely incredible customer service, something you don't see a lot of today. I have had my connect door for about 6 years now and recently it had stopped closing fully, after emailing customer service and sending some photos to diagnose the problem, I was sent a replacement door frree of charge! I was not expecting that, especially since the problem was just from age. I would not hesitate to buy from this company and highly recommend them. The product is brilliant and the service is exceptional. Other companies could learn a lot from them.

This product must be amongst the worst things I’ve ever purchased. We had a manual cat flap, and wanted to keep stray cats out. So we had the Sure Petcare Microchip Catflap professionally installed. We have 3 cats, all different characters. We set it up and it worked ok, but long story short none of the cats will use it, in fact they hate it. Why we just don’t know, maybe it’s the time delay, maybe because they have to push it quite hard to open it. Either way it’s now set to be a normal cat flap. Our experience after trying to make it work after 3 months is find another way. It’s a great idea but it doesn’t work for 3 out of 3 of our cats.

Fonctionne très bien, juste deux bémols :
Notifications pas toujours en temps réel et indicateur de piles sur la chatière ne correspond pas à celui de l'appli qui lui est restitue le vrai niveau des piles.

I had an issue with my Sureflap cat door connected and sent an email to the customer support. I received an email with instructions to troubleshoot the issue and we identified that my product had an issue that could not be resolved without further assistance. The representative promptly recommended a replacement. It arrived super fast and I’m now able to use the new Sureflap connected without any issues!

Having to replace only the flap part of door unit, I found Sure Petcare website very easy to navigate and found the right part easily also.
Ordered part that was tracked and kept up to date with delivery progress and even better, the part arrived next day and in appropriate packaging.!!
I've had previous experiences with Sure Petcare and found the company provides an excellent service and are very customer focused.
I was hoping by now that they have gone back to the design department to find a solution to the magnets, making them not so exposed to the weather elements.
