I was given a delivery time slot, and to be fair, it did arrive within that timeframe. However, I was also told I would receive a phone call around 30 minutes before delivery, which never occurred... もっず芋る

Arrived within time window. New washing machine put in utility room, signed all paperwork and old machine removed, less than 10 minutes. Both ArrowXL guys were amazing, 5* to both of them 👍

Be more polite and carful delivery's

The items were delivered in a timely manner so I was happy with that. But when asked if the items could be taken upstairs they said no but very bluntly and just dumped the items in the living room with no care taken at all. The corners were damaged, probably due to how rough they were. I paid £50 delivery for 2 childrens beds so the least they could do was take more care and be more polite.

The two delivery men didn’t even try to get sofa into the house basically had made up there mind it wasn’t going to fit so I asked them to leave it on road side and my mums kind neighbours got it in the house for her as she is 70 and been with out a sofa for 2 weeks as the same 2 men had tried to deliver sofa before and told her the first one wouldn’t fit without even trying not happy with this service
