Fantastic mattress has much improved our sleeping!

Easy to order but delivery cost it a star! I received an email stating that DX would send me an email to book my delivery date - no such email arrived. Twenty minutes before the mattress I arrived I received an email from the local courier to say they were on their way - luckily, I work not far away, so was able to pop home to receive the mattress. Emailed OTTY who were very apologetic.
The mattress itself is great and very pleased with it.

After realising on delivery that we'd ordered wrong size mattress, Customer Care were amazingly helpful in sorting the problem.
Exchange of mattresses arranged for a couple of days later.
Would highly recommend.

The products are satisfactory but the delivery and delivery admin are a disaster. Left my mattress outside in the rain as with other 2 separate deliveries of pillows, saying handed to me which was completely untrue. Took up with the seller but waist of my time

I ordered the premium pure hybrid mattress which stated 'medium-firmness' and good for join support, I did not find this to be the case at all. I kept waking up in pain and in the sides of my lower back. I have never experienced this before and I'm usually fine with any mattress, I only decided to upgrade as I had my old cheap IKEA mattress for many years, but i travel a lot and can sleep anywhere pain free. The mattress is comfy when first laying on it but is too soft to support. I sleep in various positions throughout the night so it's hard to pinpoint a specific position that may have caused this. For ref I'm 5'2 female yoga teacher of medium build so this mattress in theory should have been fine. But I have never woken up in pain like this not only in the morning but in the night. I had the 100 night sleep trial so now have exchanged for the original hybrid which is an older and cheaper model that is supposed to be firmer, I have not tried this yet so cannot comment. In the meantime I took to sleeping on a fold out sofa which I found much less painful!

Very poor experience from OTTY, which has been extremely disappointing as a returning customer.

We purchased an OTTY Pure Hybrid Bamboo & Charcoal mattress, having previously bought from them in 2018 with no issues. However, after a few months, both my wife and I began experiencing back pain, despite the mattress feeling fine initially — suggesting a clear issue with long-term support.

We contacted customer service in good faith, explaining that we were only slightly outside the 100-night trial, largely because we had been travelling for two months and hadn’t had a fair opportunity to properly assess the mattress. Despite this being a reasonable explanation, OTTY refused to offer any help whatsoever.

What was most frustrating was not just the refusal, but the attitude. Responses were dismissive and unhelpful, and even after escalating to a manager, the tone remained rude and lacking in any real customer care. There was no attempt to find a solution, offer advice, or provide even a basic goodwill gesture.

For a company that heavily promotes its sleep trial and customer satisfaction, this experience fell far below expectations. Loyalty clearly counts for nothing, and once they have your money, support appears to disappear.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend OTTY.

We bought an Otty Hybrid Mattress and 2 of the Deluxe Pure pillows over 6 years ago and they are all still going strong. Genuinely the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, and I've always found decent pillows hard to find and the Deluxe ones are simply the most comfortable I've owned either. WIll definitely be buying another set when these are done!

Very pleased with my new Otty mattress. It’s so comfortable. It was delivered 48 hours after the order was placed and the old one taken away. Would recommend.

All was good about this purchase and delivery
On the down side on the website where I ordered the bed and mattress I couldn’t find how to pay to have my old mattress removed and to lift the mattress and boxes up to my flat
In the end this did not matter as delivery guys did it anyway much appreciated DX
But I did have to pay to get rid of old mattress but they also took bed which is not covered by otty
Think you need to make this clearer on website

Fast delivery… no fuss!

I already have an otty mattress, so when it was time to get my daughter a new one it was a no brainer … love love love these mattresses!

One week of sleeping on my new Otty mattress, after letting it ‘acclimatise’ for 4 days. The European Double fits my bed perfectly, no more stuffing the end with bolster cushions or having the sides dig into my thighs when i sit on the edge! The mattress is heavy so making it gives me a regular workout, but it is worth it. No longer do i overheat or keep throwing the duvet off, no more struggling to turn over in the night, no more painful back. It may not have cured all my aches and pains ( not even the surgeons could do that!) but it has certainly made going to bed a much more enjoyable experience.

Love my new mattress, I didn't realise how past it, my last one was until my 1st night. Delivered quickly, if it lasts eight-ten years its a bargain

Very happy with my OTTY Pure Hybrid Bamboo Mattress with Charcoal, which I've been using for 14 nights now. It is medium/firm but doesn't feel hard, is comfortable and seems to support my spine well. I no longer suffer with a stiff lower back first thing in the morning, which I did with my old mattress. Another family member has used the same model of mattress for more than four years and is still happy with it. Top marks for the mattress itself.

My reason for not giving 5 stars is that I didn't hear back from OTTY for over two weeks after receiving their order confirmation email on 25 January and might have waited longer had I not chased the order. The information in the email gave the misleading impression that that mattress would be received within a few days when it actually took 3-4 weeks (dispatched on day 17, passed to courier on day 21 and delivered on day 25). The courier (DX) delivered the mattress on my chosen day and at a convenient time within the stated timeslot, and communication from them was good. The moral of the story is chase the order if you need to and don't get rid of your old mattress until you've received the new one. Thankfully, I didn't.

It's unfortunate that OTTY has received so many one star reviews on here purely because their previous courier (ArrowXL) was so unreliable and caused backlog issues. The product itself is excellent, and I would recommend it to others with the proviso that they might have to wait weeks rather than days to receive it. Hopefully, the situation is starting to improve with the new courier in place since January this year.
