The service response was very good and the tech very knowledgeable and efficient. He followed up on the problem and returned a second time to correct the issue.

I was over charged for the work that was done.NEVER GIVEN THE SENIOR DISCOUNT,I called 3 times for a revised invoice, 5/26/2026, Kirk the plumbing manager assured me it will be address/corrected and Iwill be refunded $91.00 to my Credit card ,I have called several times in reference to this matter,"NO REPLY" I last spoke to April 6/4/2026,I received no revised invoice and no senior credit. This is the last time I'm going to use their service.(I did because they are the people who installed my Carrier central air. TERRIBLE COMPANY, AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT ASK ME FOR A REFERRAL. NATALIE ALEXANDER

The professionalism of the technicians was outstanding working out the best possible solution for the challenges they faced. No rushing to get a quick fix but determination to complete the assignment with high standards.

Some confusion on the scheduling (requiring a rescheduling), but the service was excellent, as has usually been the case.

They did just what they said they would do, and they did it in a timely manner.

Technician was thorough , knowledgeable and had patience to explain in detail what was happening.

Heating/Cooling Installation was done in a day!

charge to much for the job I think should be part of the job of the checking the ac unit.

A great experience. The install team did a great job and a fantastic clean-up. The office staff was on top of everything along with the interactions NJ Natural Resources with regards to rebate processing.
