This app has been a total lifesaver for me. When auction company quoted us a price for my parents estate i was floored. I think we would have owed them money. Using ValueScout it helped my pictures stand out, told me about the item wrote my description and where I should be on pricing. I have now sold over $4500 in less than a month on marketplace.

Just started using this app and so far it’s great! I’m excited to see what’s to come.

I tried to signup for ValueScout in March, but your site sent me an email saying it couldn't get me signed up because of a server issue. I didn't try again. Now you've billed me $80 something today to my credit card for a service I don't have access to. When I try to sign in your system says my account doesn't exist. Do I need to get my bank involved or will you simply refund my money?
