Cancelled twice. Wasted 7 Hours of My Time
Had an appointment on May 25 for an AC tuneup. 2:00 - 6:00 timeframe. Lady called at 5:55 to say they “were slammed with emergency calls and would not be able to keep my appointment.” I asked when I could reschedule. She said first opening was for today, 17 June (over two weeks?). So I said ok. Same appointment window 2:00 - 6:00. Received texts all day. “You’re on our schedule! See you today!” Ok! 5:10 pm: same lady. Same call. Sorry. Not gonna make it. Can we reschedule? NOPE. WASTED 7 HOURS OF MY TIME. And another hour posting this review EVERYWHERE!!!
