The job was not finished. They were suppose to return to chance a breaker switch from 60 watts to 50 watts and repair damage done to attic entrance, it didnt happen.

Beutlergave me a great price and exceptional service! After dealing with another company for 3 weeks with no return of phone calls and no call no show on appointments, the prompt and professional service from Buetler was refreshing! Prompt professional service and the techs worked extremely hard to get us air conditioning as quickly as possible! True professional service at its finest!

3 back-to-back last minute cancellations
I scheduled a system check with Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing after a recommendation from Lowe’s, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
They cancelled on me at the last minute not once, but three separate times. No meaningful effort to reschedule proactively, no sense of urgency, and no respect for the customer’s time.
If reliability matters to you, I would strongly reconsider before booking with them.
