Great experience
Great experience! Arrived quickly on a weekend. The tech I worked with was awesome! Super helpful, respectful and communicative. Resolved my HVAC issue immediately. Would recommend!

I have had nothing but problems from…
I have had nothing but problems from comfort heating and air. The day of installation they installed the wiring wrong and i couldn’t turn the unit off and the temp was 105. I ended up flipping the breaker and called them. Now I am finding out that not only did I have issues with wiring when they installed it but also the return plenum needs to match the dimensions of the filter rack. Which should have also been done right the day of installation. They placed a 4 inch blocker trying to make it work I guess. It’s causing to much pressure which is causing my unit to work harder. I came home tonight with another night with no A/C my thermostat won’t even turn on. The tech have been out here three times now. This is going to make the forth visit. When I called they told me they can be here tomorrow and that’s just not acceptable. I am tired of this run around and I wished I had never went with this company!!!

Truly professional workers
The local company sent 2-3 people out to break-down and remove the old furnace, air-handler and compressor. The guys were respectful to us and our home. Shortly after removal of the old unit, the new furnace and air-handler were in place while the compressor was being attached. We were informed as to what and why they were doing different parts of the project. Well done!

The service tech
The service tech, Josh Melton was great! He was both knowledgeable and courteous. Hope I get Josh every time.
However, I can’t say anything good about your schedulers and dispatchers!!!
Called and scheduled twice and know one showed up or called either time. Then on the third time my appointment was scheduled then reschuled a week later. I was close to going with another company. Only reason I didn’t was because you installed. I will not go through that again.
