The technician made it a 5 star. If it wasnt for his performance Id give it 3 star at best simply because of that ridiculous AI bot I had to deal with on the phone.

The service was excellent! The tech was supposed to leave me with photos of the pipe going to the roof of my home that needs to be repair in the near future.
