Great delivery service, and painting had all mounting material on back, making it so easy to hang on the wall immediately. Just love it- colors are vibrant and quality is excellent!

The canvas was perfect, and the shipping container was packed exceptionally well to protect the art. This is my second time ordering with them, and I will continue shopping from Art.com!

I wish the choices of matting and glass to go with large fall scenery canvas pic was offered. Would have made a difference in the quality of pic.
I did like the professional way the pic was mounted for hanging. It was packed securely as zero damage was done to large boxing of pic.

This was my third art print purchase from art.com. Expectations relative to print quality, delivery time and pricing were met or exceeded.

Had print I was looking for and beautifully matted and framed.

We ordered the art 15 days ago but it didn't show up on the delivery date, although I received this review form. After another 5 days I contacted service. Service person reordered the art and Art.com said it was delivered today, but it has not been. I tracked the package details and can see where it was delivered to Indiana instead of Oregon. So I filled out this review form to share my genuine experience.

Instead of receiving the artwork I ordered, I was sent a completely different piece that belonged to another customer in Illinois. I contacted customer service and sent two invoices, one showing the artwork I ordered and another showing the invoice for the artwork that was mistakenly sent to me. I resent this information multiple times because customer service repeatedly claimed they wanted a photo of the art piece.

Even after clearly providing documentation showing the mix-up, I was still required to open the very large box, completely unpack the artwork, and photograph the incorrect piece before they would move forward. I wasn’t happy about having to do that, especially since the box had already been securely repacked and ready for return shipment.

One positive I will mention is that their artwork is packaged extremely well. However, because of that, unpacking and repacking everything was complicated and time-consuming.

After approximately five emails, I was finally told that a replacement piece, “Should” is expected to arrive around May 12. I truly hope the correct artwork arrives this time.

What disappointed me most was:
1. The original shipping error.
2. The amount of extra work required from me to prove the mistake, despite already providing invoices with photos.
3. The lack of communication afterward — I never received a proper follow-up with an apology acknowledging the inconvenience.

Overall, the experience left me disappointed and feeling like the burden of fixing their mistake fell entirely on the customer.

Love my new artwork! It is beautiful and looks exactly like I saw on the website. No surprises, just happiness!

My poster came damaged. I asked for another to be sent, and was told one would be sent. The replacement was out of stock, they canceled the delivery and refunded my money.

The posters were exactly what I expected and arrived quickly
