Received my picture quickly and was pleased that it was a great quality canvas and the colors were just as pictured on their site. As much as I loved the piece, I needed to return it due to it being too large for the area I wanted to hang it. Customer service was very helpful with my decision in having to return the art piece. The frame on my order of 6 months ago warped. I contacted Art.com and they immediately said they would replace it. It shipped within a couple of days and arrived quickly. Best customer service ever.

You need to use a better shipping container. The print was damaged beyond repair. Not useable at all. Your customer service though was very nice and replaced it for free. Although the mail is taking VERY long.

My framed print arrived on schedule, in perfect condition & looked exactly as pictured on the website. It doesn't get any better than that!
I've ordered several framed prints from Art.com in the past & had the same experience.

Art was great, shipping was fast, and pricing fair. One mat I got was incorrect so I had to dismantle and flip it. I know because I got this color on two prints and one was the linen and one was a vanilla color, much more yellow tone. Looked terrible so I flipped it and it looked good so I didnt reach out for a replacement. Also, I really wish you had the option to buy mat samples. Good experience but pretty big error I had to fix so 4 stars.

I have a couple of complaints. I ordered a canvas stretched print. The frame is 1.50" x 1.00". Being that the canvas was stretched over the top of the one inch side of the frame. That BARELY left enough space on the back side to screw into a metal float frame. Not only that I had to order a more expensive deeper float frame to accommodate a deeper frame. You should be stretching the canvas over the wide or 1.5 inch side of the frame. Or give people their choice. Secondly, The saw tooth hanger was nailed on the wrong side. This is an abstract I ordered. I get it. Sometimes it might be hard to tell what side it should be located. I think with a little effort he/she could have figured it out.

The posters were a good print but I think they were a bit expensive for posters. Shipping on top, I feel it was overpriced.

Like the print
