I could not ask for better customer service than Syed gave me!
I will be making purchases in the future from Art.com and will be telling my friends to purchase also.

Art.com stopped putting proper backing on their pictures. Although my picture was beautiful I had to take it to a frame shop to get acceptable hardware to hang the picture so it wouldn't fall off the wall. I wish they would correct this. Already had one picture fall.

Provides excellent customer service. Art work well done on quality paper.

Everything arrived in great condition

My original order arrived quickly...but damaged. Your representative listened to my concerns, looked at the photos I sent of the torn box and creased print, and issued me a replacement immediately! I was impressed with her friendly helpful manner! She is a credit to Art.com! The new print arrived in record time....thank you Art.com for great customer service.

P.S. You ought to know...the box with the replacement print was also damaged....torn open a little bit...but, in the exact same place on the box as where the original was damaged. Somewhere during shipping your boxes are being rough handled in the same way. Perhaps someone ought to look into this ?

The canvas came a totally different color!! Was displayed with bright orange and yellow flowers and came with no orange but red, and the flowers were a pale yellow. Very disappointed but I did get a refund.

It would have been better if If my discount code worked, and had a choice of Matte colors.
