I love the print. It was packaged well protected and undamaged, although there was a slight ripple in the canvas when it was mounted to the board. Otherwise, I am extremely happy.

Art.com has a vast selection of art to choose from. Obviously, if you can't afford the original, the reproductions are great if you are a fan of art of all kinds. The delivery time however is a bit long, but that's just because I'm always so anxious to get my prints. The service department was very nice and helpful which brings me to my only criticism about the website. When you get to the end of the order page and press submit, the next thing that comes up is "Oops, we're sorry" or something like that which makes you think your order didn't gp thru. This is how you wind up ordering the same print twice.

After using art.com for several years for a framed photo we use as a gift for business partners, I have decided to look for other companies. At first, art.com was great! Excellent quality, decent price, and nice options for frames. We often give the same gift to several people at the same time, so it is important that we be able to duplicate the gift each time we order. Over the years, they have changed frame options, changed the sizes offered, the price no longer matches the quality, and the customer service is "meh" at best. I recently paid a ton of money for "overnight shipping". I then received an email telling me it's estimated arrival date was 5 days after shipping, which was later than what we needed. I called and was told they "didn't know why their system sent emails like that," but that it would arrive the next day. It still took 2 days after that to arrive. It is no longer worth it for us to use art.com. I think the customer service piece was the last straw.

Fast and easy. Art.com had prints of the artist I was looking for, although I would have liked the option for smaller sized prints (they started at 16x16). Thank you.

I paid $500 for a print and had it framed. I thought I was getting glass, but it is a plastic frame.! so much for a beautiful print. It looks very cheap.!!! I will never order from this company again.
