This company is reputable. A mistake was made in my order. Contacting the company was easy. I was told they would reship my piece of artwork and to keep or donate the one they I had already received
I was relieved because I had already recycled the huge box it had arrived in and would have had to figure out how to ship it back.

The first print I ordered from you, 1939 Movie Theater, arrived in a tube and was in perfect condition. The next print I ordered from you was sent in a triangular box and it was battered and dented. The replacement was sent in the same kind of box and while it arrived without dents there is a wavey quality to the paper possibly from having been wrapped too tight. No matter. In the future I will insist on a tube and if there is an additional cost I will pay it. There is no point to paying for something only to have it ruined by a lack of attention to how it is sent through the mail.

They have an amazing selection, and they do a great job framing.

I love being able to choose from a huge selection of pictures, narrowed down by genre/style, and then pick out size, frame, and matting. There is no store that can offer these specifics. I love my new picture in my bedroom makeover!

I had high hopes for this purchase, but upon delivery I saw the most horrific, ugly print. The color was a sick greenish hue covering the entire low quality print. It was cheap and unnatural looking. It looked NOTHING like the print online. I also own a smaller copy of this print from a private seller and side by side you can see the ridiculous and hideous coloring of the Art.com print.
The only good thing was the customer service representative I spoke with gave me a refund without a problem. The email customer service representative wanted a photo of the horrific print, I sent him a photo and also a photo of the beautiful print I own, after I had already received a full refund. The entire experience ended any future purchases for me.

Love how this turned out. We got the picture to use about our fireplace but also used it as a seating chart for our wedding. It turned out perfect and exactly like we wanted!

I was very pleased with the ordering process and the timeliness of the finished product. However, I was disappointed with the type of picture hanging equipment on my picture. The video online showed wire installed for picture hanging. My picture came with a saw tooth for hanging that was no very close to the top of a 21/2 in frame, making it difficult to hang this picture and have it be level.

The giclee print is very nice, the frame selection is very nice, the frame assembly is shoddy. Corners are not mitered very well in fact they are all terrible-large gaps between the pieces. I am trying to fix them myself. I am folding and slipping in black construction paper to try to bridge the gap, next is Rub 'n Buff for the gold area on the inside (maybe spackle first then Rub 'n Buff). I don't know yet. The person who cut the frame and assembled this should be embarrassed. This is our first disaster with Art.com but it is a doozie!!

Frame was damaged in 2 places the mat wasn't cut well as it appeared ragged. I had the print re-framed and re-matted by Michaels.
