Terrible customer service from Helen. Will not answer emails or return phone calls.

Marks art up over 100% making them higher price then new from the gallery!

I listed four different limited edition prints that I had no idea about, and had a lot of questions to ask about them is I'm not in to fine arts at all and know nothing about it I was really curious I just knew that the prints I had was limited edition and we're some kind of money.. Dealt with Donna the entire time besides a couple emails. She was quick to reply honest and didn't beat around the bush about anything told me that what the economy's like right now and the best and fastest way to sell my prints just as I wished.. I told her how much I appreciated her for helping me out so much and taking the time to explain to me and she thanked me and thank me and thank me numerous times and says that they don't get very much appreciation well they sure ought to get appreciated that's for sure. Been doing the business for over 40 years they know what they're talking about she has seen many many different kinds of artwork and art styles and she does it for a living why would somebody be upset by her being honest with you telling you about your artwork that you're trying to list. She's not going to tell you it's worth $100,000 if it's worth a thousand and she ain't going to tell you that it's worth a thousand if it's worth $100,000 she is 100% honest. In the other couple gals that I had emailed there they was also very very nice and thanked me. Made me feel welcome and took the time to make me understand everything that I wanted to know. I listed my first two serigraph limited edition prints by Slava Ilyayev and they made my experience so easy that I told Donna in an email that since they treated me so well that I'm going to post two other prints and she could not believe that I was being so respectful and appreciative for them.. I'm very thankful and I will use them anytime that I have any kind of artwork I will go right to them. Even if it's not something maybe that they sell I'm sure as nice of a gal Donna is I'm sure I could contact her personally and she could enlighten me on whatever kind of art work that I had.

I just wanted to share that my experience with Robbie Reddy at ArtBrokerage.com has been nothing but awesome! I have purchased 3 wonderful pieces of art over the past couple of years and Robbie has worked with me every time. He answers all my questions and gives me great confidence in my selections. He has gone out of his way to help, e.g. one piece I wanted really wasn't available on my timeline so Robbie took the time to find a similar selection that actually turned out to be a better option. I now have all my pieces beautifully displayed. The process has always been prompt, secure, and the payment/shipping approach are well done providing me great comfort during purchases. I will return to Robbie and ArtBrokerage whenever I desire more art work. T.P.

I love Art Brokerage. They really help artists get exposure and don't charge the artist. This is very unusual. Ive been with them for a few years now and continue to think they are terrific.

5/28/2024: I have an email that clearly states that you use ebay. Why limit your exposure? Even if you don't list other places. Ebay was the last place I thought my prints would be up for sale. After months of listing with your website, so disappointing.

I listed my 2 Salvador Dalis. Not knowing they list mostly on EBay. That’s right as brokers they probably list other places but it seems EBay is the front. After months and re-thinking my price, I was informed that my piece won’t sell because of Fox spots. Which I clearly listed on my list. They delisted it and that was the reason. Do yourself a favor,, list it yourself.

I am so happy I found ArtBrokerage.com to assist me in purchasing my Markus Pierson piece. As a total novice in dealing with fine art, I had no clue what I was doing, but Ms Robbie Reddy was so valuable guiding me through the whole process. She is obviously experienced and really knows her art, but she was also very patient and generous with her time, keeping me informed every step of the way, and making the whole transaction very easy. I highly recommend Robbie and ArtBrokerage.com for anyone buying or selling fine art and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Very good company! I have been selling now over 5 paintings from a famous actor and the whole process was painless they pick up the phone right away when needed, the payment process is seamless. Very easy to list the art. Really happy i found them. They are very honest

Bobbie is the worst broker possibly Managment.

Horrible website

They try to bully you into selling for what they want instead of letting you take your chances on at least trying to get your money back. And when you don't bow to the bully they're rude and pompous attitudes are the worst I've ever dealt with on a professional level. And they then refuse to list it unless it's the price they want. Tried to tell me I'd never sell some other works and then I did a week later on ebay. They probably try to swindle people with the lower price to buy themselves and then resell at higher prices.

Now they reply divulging personal information which is illegal, and should be deleted before I sue. They also want to say my art wouldn't sell but they would never know because they refused to list it all unless I list at the price they want. You "repeatedly" refused to even try so it's a bit difficult to say it wouldn't sell. There's a reason you have multiple 1 star reviews from people who have had the same rude and pompous people.

Hello, I would like to know if Paul Bryson is part of the company, does he want to buy my works?

We bought a Lik photo and when it arrived, the adhesive was peeling from the acrylic facemount. We discovered it was the case when shipped and the seller was aware. Artbrokerage said Lik would address this but of course they did not. Three months have passed and we were told the insurance had settled at a loss to Artbrokerage. We were told this would be paid back to us and we could keep the damaged art, we still are out of pocket over three thousand dollars for shipping and duties/import fees. The money still has not been refunded and Helen refuses to reply. It also seems that the artwork may have come from a convicted sex offender in Utah.

Helen provided great service and excellent, timely communication during the purchase of my new artwork.

The whole process through the Art Brokerage website was straightforward, simple to follow and my new artwork arrived more quickly than I expected!

I could see that the site was looking for a painting that I own and then I made a listing.

So far so good, but the communication with the Agents of the site, is unprofessional and unpleasant. I don't think I was speaking with adults, more like children.

Their comments do not make sense and leave u answers like "just because" and "Why won't u sell?" when I'm new on the site and have some questions like any other would have.

Their do simply not answer ur questions..

Well my 3000$ painting will sell somewhere else, this was too weird and unprofessional for my taste. But maybe that's service in USA..
