Very poor service. Ordered 5 working days ago. The lead time says 1-5 days. Had an email on day 2 saying your order is on the way. Call on day 5 after hearing nothing else to be told it hasn’t even been dispatched.

Paid £2.99 for sample panels and two weeks later they still haven’t arrived.

So pleased I came across this company for our cladding. Customer service was exceptional, where you can actually speak to someone who knows their stuff and gave expert advice. Daniel was great and arranged a quick turnaround with delivery too. Would 100% recommend.

Delivered with care next day and great product

Haven’t had an opportunity to use them as they never respond to any of my questions. Both my wife and I on separate occasions have posted questions on their online chat forum and not once have they responded. Based on our experience the service they provide appears to be very poor. I would be concerned with spending money with a company who can’t responded to simple questions.

AVOID! Sent the wrong cladding clips and refused to pay for replacement clips I needed to buy locally as builders were already on site. Claimed it was my fault for not checking the order and suggested we fit them without clips as a workaround. Awful customer service. Avoid!!

Dan gave great advice. He ensured I got the right materials for my project and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Order or samples was dispatched and received quickly and efficiently. Quality was very good.

All My questions were answered efficiently and the product also delivered on a specific date (even due to a tight deadline) Will 100% keep suing them for future projects.

The service was smooth, and the cladding was exactly as expected. Highly recommended to family and friends.

I placed an order for samples, which all arrived as expected. That was the only part of the process that went smoothly.
I tried placing an order online, but some of the materials were showing as unavailable. After a phone call, we agreed to place the order via email.
When the order arrived, I noticed that one item was mixed up: instead of Cladding End Trim, I received Edging Trim. I informed the delivery driver, who agreed to take it back and said that the office would contact me regarding a refund or replacement for the incorrect item.
However, no one from their office reached out to me, so I called a few days later to explain the situation. We agreed that once the delivered materials were installed, we would decide what to do. If additional materials were needed, they would apply a credit; otherwise, I would be refunded.
After placing an order for the additional materials, no credit was offered. More than six weeks later, I still haven’t received a refund.
I would strongly advise avoiding this company, as their customer service is terrible. My client initially chose their Acoustic Wall Panels, but we’ve since decided to go elsewhere. This whole experience has been frustrating. Their response time to emails is also incredibly slow. AVOID

The quality of the artificial grass I ordered was as advertised. Delivery was well within the timescale, and customer service kept me updated throughout the whole process.

I recently purchased £300 worth of artificial grass and it was delivered promptly and in perfect condition.

My building company have ordered several times now for composite cladding and fixings. What a brilliant company. Easy website to navigate, excellent customer service over the phone and so quick with getting orders out. I’d highly recommend this company and the high quality products.
