Dan walked me through the options and helped me pick the perfect cladding for my property. The delivery arrived earlier than expected, and the product looks amazing. Professional service, great communication, and top- notch materials. Highly recommend!

We required Fire rating B cladding (due to the distance of the next-door property) fast to keep our development on track when my original supplier stopped delivering it.
We placed the cladding in both a vertical and horizontal pattern, which was a little tough for our main building contractor, but the result looks fantastic.
Artificial Living and Daniel were extremely helpful and supportive. They assisted with quality and provided timely delivery when we realised due to the pattern and shape of the house, we were short. Their confidence on the colour options (Antique and Black) worked beautifully. I sincerely appreciated all their honesty and help.

I ordered colour coded screws. The product is fine but very expensive.

Quick response to answers and delivery arrived two days early. Product is very good.

I used their fluted plastic cladding to give my 50's house a updated look to match my recently replaced external doors .
The order was delivered in a reasonable time .
My only moan is about a lack of communication about batten substitutions made to my order prior it being despatched.

So….. this is the second time I’ve used artificial living. My reason for coming back again was the customer service i received and also the quality of the products.
what has made me change my review is the fact I was lied to by the owner Daniel. He said he was the only importer of this product and that no one else can get it in the country !! I have since found LBROOFWINDOWS.co.uk that sells the exact product for literally half the price. Halfy the price shipping too !!
I approached Daniel with these findings and asked for a partial refund as I felt I had been mis sold the product and was accused of slander, fraud etc. he said I was unable to change this review as I was trying to hold him to ransom. That is not the case. He is a liar, yes he has a good product but he is ripping people off with the price and it can be found elsewhere with vast savings.
While trying to find identical products, I did come across inferior but there are identical products for half the cost.
I will not be using again and I will be changing all reviews I have left for this company based on Daniel’s lies and deception.

Update 26/11/24.
I have never tried to get you to price match upon ordering. That makes no sense as I would have just ordered from them ?? You are back tracking and trying to cover up your lies. Please post what proof you have and I will do the same. There is no blackmail either !! I feel I was lied to and that is why I have changed my review. I simply asked for a partial refund and gave the reasons for this request. I was then told by Daniel that I was blackmailing him and being slanderous which I was not and speaking with citizens advice I am in the right. The information I was given at time of purchase I later found out to be lies and that is how we are in this situation.
Me asking for some of my money back or more product to cover that extra cost is not blackmail, it would simply be you doing the right thing and realising you have ripped someone off. Maybe you didn’t realise at the time but now you do and instead of fixing the issue, you ring people mobiles making threats.
Let’s see how many other customers do the same after reading this !!
Very very let down customer that was over the moon with the service on previous purchases but now drastically let down.

Really good service, ordered some wood samples and they came days later.

Would throughly recommend, unfortunately we won’t be using the wood ourselves due to a change of plan! However the acoustic wood panels that we got samples of was lovely.

Excellent communicator, goods were dispatched swiftly and all arrived as described, I am delighted with Artificial Living and I would recommend it without any hesitations.

The customer service was outstanding and the level of knowledge of the product was above and beyond.

Quality of the products are expectionl.

Really happy with my experience with Artificial Living. I've got little to no experience with this kind of thing but Charles made it super easy for me pick the right cladding and quoted everything i needed to finish my extension. The quality and look of the cladding is unreal, all of my neighbours are already thinking of copying our look. Thanks again for the great service!

Ordered midnight black slatted panels to install on front of my property. The product and price are both superb and Daniel and Charles have been quick to respond to queries and add ons to my order. Highly recommended this company
