Quick, friendly and efficient service

We are a firm of Managing Agents and use Artisan to undertake our Asbestos Surveys and re-inspections. We would highly recommend them. Their reports are easy to read and concise, their turnaround from inspection to report is really prompt and they are reasonably priced. The staff are really helpful and professional. All round great service.

Artisan were very professional and accommodating when arranging my course. The Asbestos Awareness content was concise and engaging, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very quick to send pack, told me upon receipt of sample that it was been sent to laboratory. Result came through very quickly.

A very good service, a few more notification emails would have made the process slightly better, i.e when samples were recieved, where abouts in the process they were etc.
