I ordered a 1942 iron-on patch on 7 July. It took over a month to get to me and when it finally arrived the graphics are pale and patchy, nothing like the vibrant colours on the web page. I won't be using the patch, or the company again. It cost US$21.49 to buy and ship, it was supposed to go on the back of a handmade quilt for a friend who turns 80 this year. I will not be putting something go awful on this gift. Not happy.

I am more than happy with my order! I ordered a patch on Sunday, it was shipped Monday morning, arrived on Thursday in perfect condition and was better than I could have imagined

I love my purchase of the RBG t-shirt! It is artistically well executed and of quality material.
Since I was out of town, upon delivery, the pkg was picked up by a neighbor, without my knowledge. I assumed there was a delay in delivery. When I contacted customer service, I immediately received a response with guidelines on next steps. Again, the delivery was timely, and the pkg eventually found its way back to me. Am most impressed by customer service support and commitment to make things right. Would definitely order from Artist Shot again!!

I ordered a T-shirt from this company. When I received it, the graphic was not centered properly. I contacted the company to let them know and resolve the issue.
I had sent a picture of the shirt, and apparently the quality of the picture wasn’t good enough. I should not have to jump through hoops to get the product that I had paid for.
So, right now I’m exchanging emails to get this resolved. It’s a stupid T-shirt. They should just print another one and send it out. I paid $26 (including shipping) for a T-shirt that could not have cost them more than five dollars to make.

I Contacted the company per their request (see their response). Haven’t heard a single thing from them.

Great Quality - Super Fast Shipping - Honest Company - Excellent Customer Service!

Ordered a special Onesie for a baby gift. Very fast shipping, but was disappointed with the printing - it wasn't as dark as in the site picture. Sent an email to customer service and got a very quick response and help.

They reprinted and sent me another one, which was very good - nice, dark printing and again, used super fast shipping.

Can't wait to give this gift! Thank you artistshot for being an honest company, with good products and excellent customer service!

Ordered a ball cap. I LOVE IT! Well made and the embroidery is perfect! Shipped within a week. Will definitely purchase from this site again!

Love the designs on the website but the printing quality is so bad. I do not think the t-shirt will last for more than 2 washes.

Terrible experience, paid for premium shipping, they only shipped one item (which didn’t even get here within a premium shipping time frame) and then crickets… messed them, asked where the other part of my order was and for a refund for my shipping charges. They ignored my request and they said not to worry, that they would honor the rushed shipping and it would be here soon…no tracking number was ever provided and still waiting for my order. I will have to call my cc company, file a complaint and get a new CC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unorganized and dishonest.

Orderd a hoodie looked at tracking it was awaiting to be received by carrier. Called after 4 days company reordered got item 4 days later. It was as advertised good communication good product

I placed an order on 7/1/22 for a GUNSMOKE license plate. I received it on 7/11/22. However when I opened the packaged was not the same as what was advertised on web page. The web page image basically covered the entire plate which is 12 x 6 but what I received was a 12 x 6 plate with an image that is 6 1/4 x 3 1/4. Not happy called customer service and also sent text requesting for what I ordered to be sent via overnight and that is at their expense. If they fix this problem I will change my opinion but as of right now I view this company as a false advertising operation that post online pictures to get you to order and then send something totally opposite. Please make sure you think twice before ordering.

I'm a huge We Bare Bear's fan and I looooove the mugs they made me. They're beyond perfect. I even customized them. They bring me much joy. Thank you. I also had a little trouble with my order and needed help, the Customer Service Manager Mr. John C. was super kind and helpful. Went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted. Thank you again! Basically, quality products and exceptional customer service with care and class. Thank you Artist Shot, can't recommend you enough and can't wait to shop some more. :)

They are good at sending there product when promised. Great customer service.

Horrible service. I cannot get anyone to help me with a return. The product is cheap as well. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company.

I wish I had read the negative reviews for this lousy company before I ordered two pair of sweat pants. They were listed as 2XL, but they are more like 2XS! All their garments are too small; but yet, they ship them out anyway knowing that they are not true to size! Now, I lose money because they don’t issue return labels for refunds.

Update—they did give me a refund eventually. Shirts are fun and good quality. I hope they fix their return process.

Ordered a sweatshirt as a gift that was too small. No return label, no option to print one out online. After 3 emails I got an address to return it to. Since there was nothing to enclose from the company, I included a letter with order # asking for a refund. Many more emails; they kept saying I needed to provide a tracking number. Customer service obstructive, borderline rude. I’m out the purchase price plus shipping 3 ways since I ordered another one in a larger size. A very costly gag gift. I’m not sure if they’re just unprofessional or actual scammers.

Great customer service. Responds quickly. We ordered a baseball cap when it arrived it was not the color we ordered. I sent an email with picture showing the difference. They responded and mailed the correct color right away. I would buy from artist shot again.

I had an issue with my order and it was addressed quickly within less than 24 hours.

The patches said iron on but they were not I even took them to shop and no stick at all . Patches look good I will get them sewned on

Ordered a millennium falcon sticker and while it didn’t go as I’d wanted the customer support was top shelf! The original order went AWOL but they were quick to send a replacement with the fastest shipping free of charge. I was also looking for a vinyl matte decal for a car and while these stickers aren’t the kind I needed, they’re fine stickers and they were not presented as car decals. And they said they’d see if their vendor could make a print in matte vinyl for me. Things don’t always work out in online sales but how a company handles these hiccups is what matters.
