Ich habe mir zwei Brillen sowie eine Kette mit passendem Armband bei Assecoris bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Die QualitÀt ist wirklich top – alles wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet und sieht dazu noch sehr stylisch aus. Auch beim Tragen gibt es nichts zu meckern: die Brillen sitzen angenehm, die Accessoires fÃŒhlen sich gut an. Besonders praktisch finde ich das stabile Case fÃŒr die Brillen, das macht einen sehr robusten Eindruck.

Die Lieferung war außerdem super schnell, sodass ich meine Bestellung frÃŒher als erwartet in den HÀnden halten konnte. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung!

Please allow us to clarify that your package was dispatched the day after you placed your order, as confirmed in the tracking link we provided.
Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay within the DHL system that was completely outside of our control. Still the package was delivered within one week.

I bought the Frederik glasses and was



I bought the Frederik glasses and was really impressed by their quality. The packaging was also well designed.
The delivery took a bit longer than expected (8 days), so I reached out to the Artveux team. They were immediately helpful and kind, providing me with the tracking code of the pack.
In the end, I found out the delay was due to the Italian postal service.
I’m really satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

Great customer service

My order was processed very quickly and without any complications. Unfortunately, DHL lost my package and I was left without the product. However, the customer service team was incredibly quick and proactive in handling my issue. They immediately sent me a replacement without much discussion and worked hard to resolve the problem as fast as possible. I’ve now finally received my sunglasses, the quality is excellent, and for the price, the overall result is unbeatable. I rarely experience such outstanding customer service.
