I attended Arun's workshop on "Growth mindset @ workplace". I could really see the transformation in my thoughts after the session. I always have a vision to achieve my goals and I also struggled with self-doubts in whatever I do. Arun's coaching program broke all such self-doubts and gave me the direction to achieve my goal. I'm really grateful for his mentorship.

‘Growth Mindset @ Workplace’ workshop conducted by Arun, was an intensive 6 hours workshop, educating us about the science of our mind and inculcating a growth mindset into it . He first educated us with facts that we are unaware about our mind and then he taught us to evolve into a better version of ourselves using the growth mindset framework. The framework that he uses addresses many common issues like self-doubt, fear, career stagnancy and the like. Even people who are knowingly/unknowingly suffering from depression/trauma from personal/professional life can definitely gain insight in their issues and address it themselves with the learnings from his sessions. The participants were also an interesting mix who made the session very lively, productive and resourceful.

The training was perfectly structured and the trainer Arun Kumar was well versed in the topics covered. He was extremely patient in listening and answering all the questions and doubts. I thoroughly enjoyed attending this workshop as it was a full package of a great learning experience.

I have joined Arun's career development class three months back. Before joining I had no clarity or vision towards what I am heading to. Arun gave several exercises and conducted sessions to identify the career/personal goals using my strengths and weaknesses. This helped me to create executable action plans that uniquely fits my need. I had several personality blockers within me which was stopping my personal goals as well as career goals. Arun helped me to identify my inner personality and things I can do to betterment the life on a day-to-day basis.

Arun thought me few techniques, that unleash positive energy and keeps you away from spending time on negative things. I have learned how several mundane tasks which we do can be made into tasks that will help us achieve our goals.

Not only on the career side, but I also had a lot of confusion and restrictions on health and interpersonal issues. Arun is providing me techniques that assist to overcome these in a phased manner.
