Having issues perfectly solved by support.
Working smooth and complete

I discovered it was far more complicated than I anticipated, which was a problem because I had a deadline that necessitated I use it immediately. It required that I change my Gmail settings, which was unnerving, and to assist me, the company required remote control. I realized that this was not the software I needed, and asked for a refund. They have refused a refund, although I realized that it was the wrong software within 15 minutes of purchasing it.

Good, quick response. It was a bit scary at first because it was the first time I had to connect to the Zoho remote assistance. Nevertheless it worked out very well.

Less than 1. Did not work. Wasted hours w techs last week and again today. Tech is in another country and definite language barrier. I've asked over 15 times for refund and now will file fraud with Credit Card Company.

I have the support from Divyanshu just moments ago (Friday, 22:00 GMT-3). The analysis was great and the solution was provided so fast that I can start completing the planned migration. Highly recommended.

I downloaded the demo and after trying it and discussing some issues with customer service I upgraded the demo by clicking the upgrade and the cost was $29. But then, after activating it, the software didn't have the same capabilities than the demo, nor the same functionalities that the online guide. For that "I needed another license for $99". Very sketchy. As a technician myself I felt totally tricked! Beware. And when I asked for a refund, they said no, so I'll have to do a chargeback.

The M365 to PST tool works just like it should. No issues with this tool.

Divyanshu was a godsend! He was so patient and helpful. I needed to be talked through almost every step. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because I do not think it was at all easy to get things going. Granted I am Gen X, but I work with computers in my job, and I still found the process of setting the software up on my computer laborious to say the least. Thank you Divyanshu for sticking with me.

Wow! Highly recommended! I got the Mac Gmail Backup Tool, and it is glorious! So easy to set up, so fast, and the customer support (who answered my questions before my purchase) was WONDERFUL!
