Very poor service, pre booked a taxi for 11pm, eventually turned up at 11.45, reason given bad traffic and shortage of drivers. When you book a taxi you don’t expect to be standing outside for nearly and hour!
Won’t be using them again and definitely won’t recommend none else to use them.
Wish I’d read reviews before booking, looks like issues are a regular problem!

Booked an airport transfer from home to the airport. Price given £65. An hour before we were due to be picked up they called to say the driver wouldn't do the trip for that price and he wanted £95. We were leaving in an hour so had absolutely no choice but to pay as we had no alternative. The driver arrived 15 minutes late- very nice man but not from.their company. They had put the job out to whoever would take it. Have cancelled return and will never use again. Customer service is nil. They should have honoured the agreed price.

I had a taxi booked for 4pm to take me to the train station. Between the booking and a taxi eventually arriving, I received numerous text messages, each giving me the name of a driver that was on his way. After waiting for 10 minutes, I received a text stating that the driver would be with me in 10 minutes. That didn't happen. When calling the company again, I was told that the driver was stuck in heavy traffic! A driver eventually arrived 35 minutes later - with no apology! I cannot recommend them and will definitely not use them again.

I would not recommend this company. We booked an 8 seater to collect us from Southampton port. They strung us along for nearly 3 hours consistently lying to us saying that the driver is 10mins away, then 5mins away, then 20mins, then standstill traffic etc. However, everyone else in the port was collected fine and we were the last ones left in the port. Fortunately, a really nice guy from a transfer company agreed to take us so we could continue our onward journey. Needless to say we will never be using Aryvo in Southampton again.

This was booked after being dumped at the wrong hotel by the port taxi company who had no clue where he was going but Harjit Sahota from aryvo private hire knew exactly where I wanted to be and duly took me there in 8mins charging a very reasonable rate would definitely recommend him a very cheerful character made the journey enjoyable
