They cancelled twice 10 minutes before the viewing

Kweku was great to deal with. Very forthcoming, upfront and supportive. He was available 24/7 and was a great help. Couldn’t recommend his services anymore.

Kweku has been a pleasure throughout the room finding process. He replies outside of office hours which is rare for agents. He is super responsive and goes above and beyond! I would recommend him to anyone if you are looking for efficient service!

I was leaving the property early before the end of my contract, so engaged with Kweku to see what options I had. If I paid him a consultancy fee, he said he would organise viewings and find me a replacement tenant. As soon as I paid the fee, Kweku has not once responded to my calls, emails or texts and has disappeared off the face of the earth.

He told me that if he failed to find a replacement, he would refund me. Of course, I haven’t got a refund or even a response.

Do not trust Kweku.

I had a great experience with Asante Property Consultancy both when moving in and moving out. Finding my perfect spot was a challenge, but the team was incredibly patient and flexible, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The property was in perfect condition when I moved in, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had.
Moving out was just as smooth. They communicated clearly and handled all the details professionally, making the whole process simple for me.
Overall, Asante Property Consultancy was fantastic to work with.

Wondering experience with Asante Property Consultancy! I dealt with a very polite and professional agent who had quick responses to my enquiries. Viewings were arranged promptly and the entire process of documentations was completed before my expectant moving date. I would gladly recommend their services.

The agent promised me that i only had to pay a break-clause fee and one-month notice to exit a contract. The break-clause fee would be returnable if he failed to find a replacement within one month.
However, he did not keep his promises and when failed to do so, I ended up having to pay rent until the next replacement is found and he did not return the break-clause fee as he played with wordings on contract.
It has caused me mental stress for the never ending rent payment and thousands of money.
He also ignored my calls and messages many times.

I was given a lot of help that really meant a lot
