Best car insurance

Had an issue with payment going through however got in touch through email. I’ve previously heard customer support is a bit of a weak point due to no phone lines but I had an answer within half an hour and issue was resolved by one of their team members, Sarah, who was a great help and solved it straight away.

Had a couple issues making payment initially but support helped me through it and got everything sorted in the end.

Really happy with my experience so far. The portal is easy to use, documents were all there once my policy started and the staff on live chat were polite whenever I needed help. Big ratings from me .

Absolutely lovely time with them, just coming up to my policy end date and I would like to give flowers to the lovely staff at Gate Insure they were all super friendly with me. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars was the wait times I had at times, some days they were very quick, some days I had to wait hours!

Was great until they upped my price by 200 on renewal! I thought no claims were suppose to mean something…..

I absolutely dread when it comes time to renew any insurance policy because it usually feels like such a hassle. However, I’ve been really pleased with my experience with Gate Insure. Everything was straightforward, easy to understand, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Was recommended by a bloke from work to give gate insurance ago. Gave me the cheapest quote out of about 20 websites I used, very good experience thus far.

I tried getting quoted elsewhere but gate insure had the best prices. The support was lovely and quick. Would definitely recommend to others!

Special thanks to Leigh from customer support, she went above and beyond assisting me with all the queries and I was a heavy burden for her as I did not know how to add additional driver to my policy, I was even refunded after adding the second driver! Fab company, I wish they had multi-car too.

Im bit worried when i buying policy bit higher deposit and 100%legit im 21 and best price for range rover hope going good with 😀

I was told quote is valid for 14 days but closer to the start date when I went through with an earlier cover start date they increased the price by a fair amount, apparently quotes are valid but depending on cover start date being closer they still added on. Otherwise actually a 5 star experience…

Was quoted about £500 more than hastings youdrive and I went for Gate as it doesn’t include a black box, got 3 drivers on the policy, I didn’t have high hopes to be honest in the beginning but policy is truly fully comprehensive despite having some high price optional extras.

fantastic service, great quote prices, very convenient dashboard to manage my policy, small hiccup but support were quick to fix it for me wasn’t a big issue anyway.

Just bought my policy, definitely a new insurer but gave me an amazing price, even with no phone number, email customer service was excellent especially Sarah, quite fast replies and help. Had a few payment issues in the end due to maintenance, but they were sorted and was able to buy my policy. Looking forward to driving soon and hopefully everything is all good.

Took a few days to hear a response for some questions i had but worth it in the end, great price!

Follow up for my previous review (which was taken down for some reason?). Made a claim recently and the process was very quick and stress free! Cannot recommend them enough!
