Great service. Simple to understand instruction booklet and fast turnaround for results to be emailed. I had a query and it was answered with a polite response within half an hour.

Reasonably priced for a very prompt service. After receiving the results I called with a query which was answered in a clear concise and friendly manner.

The testing kit arrived within a couple of days. The result also was returned very quickly and was clear, straightforward and informative.

It did state on the introductio page that this service was 'All samples are tested at a UKAS accredited lab with results issued within 24hrs of arrival of sample (or same day with FastTrack upgrade)' This was not the case! I posted my sample on the 15th Jan and it wasn't until I enquired on the 20th that I got a result on the 21st Jan.
Hardly 24 hours! Otherwise a satisfactory service.

I can't thank you enough for the support, help, and professional handling of my case. My sample was lost during shipping via Royal Mail, but after contacting customer service, I received a new testing kit with next-day delivery. I returned the kit using next-day delivery as well, and remarkably, both samples were received and tested separately. I received the results within 24 hours. Thank you again for everything!

Despite being between bank holidays the service provided by Asbestos Test kits was speedy and efficient. This is my second time using the service and I highly recommend them

2nd time using this company and would thoroughly recommend. Took a day or two longer to get the result this time I suspect due to the Xmas post. 1st got a response the day after posting.

Such a good idea, being able to get comfort without having to get a full survey done. Retuned within a week and not asbestos so doubly happy.

Good service. Quick return on results less than 72hr after posting back. Ordered 3 bags as had 2 different colour tiles and bitumen. They tested the bitumen that was stuck to the back of tiles so could have bought 2 kits. Would highly recommend.
