The asbestos test kit got delivered on time but i no longer needed the test kit because the vinyl floor tiles that I wanted testing had already been done, I returned the test weeks ago but haven't received my refund or any reply back from this company.

Waiting for a week and still waiting
Ordered and received the sample bags which were sent off a week ago. Not heard anything back. What has been going on for the last week?? Prior to this all the reviews seemed good. Awaiting a response via email. Unable to find a phone number to contact the company which is not a good sign....

Just looking into your order and I can see that you ordered the "sample only service" for £29.95. (Nothing is sent to to you....)
You should have received an email containing instructions and a return address. The Sample Only Service that you purchased does not come with any PPE or return postage. It is assumed that you already have a sample and simply wish to send for analysis.
If you have not received the email to the address provided then please could you contact us directly.
I assure you that this service is not a scam...

Between ordering my kit and receiving the results was less than five days, probably would've been quicker if it hadn't fallen over the weekend. Kit includes everything you need to take a sample of suspect material safely. Thankfully my sample was negative. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Posted my asbestos sample at 3.30 on Thursday, received the test results at 4.45 next day and was relieved to learn that the textured ceiling I've been living beneath for 20 years tested negative. Superb service at half the price demanded by other companies - even my local council wanted £32 to test a sample.

Excellent speedy service. Everything you need to take a safe sample was included, along with step by step instructions. The results were emailed to us straight away. I would absolutely use this service again, and have no reservations recommending it to others.

Ordered the kit from the website on Friday, received it in Tuesday's post, sent the sample off the same afternoon and received the results by e-mail on Wednesday afternoon!
