Very disappointed!
I bought a watercooker (€70) from this brand that i saw at a friend house. I ordered it from Galaxus. It arrived with a huge sticker on the side.. I tried to remove it and it’s not going anywhere. There is a huge weird spot on the watercooker that I have to look at every time I grab the thing.
I wrote to Galaxus and they told me, send it back. Which I did. 1 week later the package returned unopened wrapped in a box from the company. I emailed AENO self, because on the website it says, 2 year guarantee!! But nobody responded. It’s so dissatisfying to buy product that arrives strange and not be able to send it back or have human contact with someone to help. It’s just so strange to me.. I wish I could upload a picture

Mixed feelings about the brand overall. Im using toothbrush, kettle, kitchen scales. So kettle EK1S works bad, probably it was bugged, because occasionally there were annoying sounds. However electric toothbrushes I really recommend. Smart, not expensive, very nice. Kitchen scales are ok, I don't use smart features at all, just basic options for cooking=)
