I gave four stars because overall everything is great the membership, the benefits the access to online platforms. The one thing I don’t like is that you have to set up an entire new policy if you lapse a payment by accident instead of just staying with the same policy.

Sadly,
One of the features we liked was the free access to PocketSuite, but when we were denied processing, we went somewhere else, as we needed everything to flow together, from the booking and scheduling, to services, to the billing to the payment.
On the plus side, we haven't had to use the insurance yet, so I can't comment on that.

We're sorry to hear PocketSuite wasn't the right fit for your business. We know that having your booking, services, and payments work seamlessly together is absolutely essential, and we understand you couldn't wait on that.
We did want to clarify one thing for anyone reading: payment processing eligibility through PocketSuite is determined by Stripe, their payment processor, and falls outside of ASCP's control. If you were denied processing, it may be worth reaching out to PocketSuite directly at support@pocketsuite.io In some cases, there are paths to resolution we wouldn't want members to miss. We'd also love for you to know that ASCP members have access to an exclusive offer through Square, which may be a great fit if you're still looking for an integrated booking and payment solution.
