Very helpful gentleman did a great job thankyou

Had boiler fault over bank holiday weekend contacted maintenance on Tuesday and arranged for engineer to come on Wednesday. Engineer,Dom ,arrived at time he said he would,diagnosed fault quickly and rectified also carried out annual service which was booked in for next month saving us all time. Was very impressed by Dom and service department.

Dom was are engineer today he was on time polite and friendly. He left no mess and was very professional.

Dom the gas engineer had to traverse 2 full flights of stairs into the attic. As he took off the boiler cover he could smell gas. So having to sort the gas smell and service the boiler as well as run up and down stairs many times he must have been exhausted at the end of the job, poor guy.

DOM the engineer was Friendly from start to finish and explained everything he had done.

Service engineer (Dom) was very courteous and efficient. Intermittent problem identified and rectified.

A very professional engineer attended talked us through the problems

Don has serviced our boiler several times and have never had problems between visits.
Today he set up a new thermostat for us and spent time explaining how to use it .

The engineer DOM did the annual service on our boiler a couple of days ago. We found Dom to be very personable and friendly. He was very polite and is a credit to the company in our view.

Dom sent a text early morning as shown on his tablet unfortunately my network didn't pull this through, not his fault. Dom explains the whole service stage by stage answering any questions I had about this and other parts of the system comprehensively. He was very informative

We did not have to wait very long for the phone to be answered. Jodie immediate reassured us that she could help us to get our central heating working again and she did so… very calmly and clearly. We are very, very grateful for her help!

This company is a rip off, charges ridiculous amounts for servicing and maintenance (when contract states annual service is free of charge) just throws loads of figures at you and threats about defaults.
Have explained many times about financial and work situation changed since 10 years ago and struggling to make their increasing payments but met with no compassion and Initially told to go to citizens advice to see if I could get more money....That's helpful! People there are rude, unempathetic and don't care about personal circumstances just want the money coming in.

There service engineer Dom always explains what he is doing on his service visit. When I book it in I always ask for Dom. Its handy that I get notified when the engineer is on his way. That way I can get on with day to day stuff rather than waiting in all day.
