Dom, the engineer came today to service our boiler. Sent a text beforehand to inform us of the time he would arrive. Such a friendly, helpful and professional man. He deserves the 5star rating.

Been with asg for over 10 years. Service has always been up to scratch. Any call out required has always been dealt with efficiently. Had the same engineer for the past 5 years. Dom always does a great job with any repair or servicing. Polite efficient and knows his stuff.

Had an issue with my boiler and random the company and spoke to Scott who went through every scenario until he identified the issue and talked me through what to do. The issue was resolved and Scott even rang me back to check everything was OK. Excellent service and his support was second to none. Great company and excellent support

The person I spoke to - Scott, was very polite and helpful. He was true to his word and was able to find me an engineer to come out and resolve my boiler issues today - Bank Holiday Monday - thanks again Scott

Dom was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and clean up after the job.

He made sure I knew what he had done and that I could use the new control panel before he left.

I couldn’t have asked for more.

MY Account was paid up in february and i thought everything was finished . I am moving house and found out this morning that the restriction was still registered with the land registary. I emailled 0800hrs today and by 1500hrs , Lee had emailled a few times, and now i have the restriction removed. Thanks Lee.

My recent annual boiler maintenance proceedure was carried out by Dom Theaker. He is professional, friendly and punctual, letting me know by phone that he is on his way to my location. I am always pleased when I know that my maintenance engineer will be Dom!

After my service was done yesterday my boiler was leaking from the tap where you fill the boiler, had to ring a shade greener to report this. I must say I was very impressed as they got a lovely man named Dom to come out within a hour and a half. This man was so helpful and is the only one that has ever put shoe covers on his shoes. He showed my home total respect, not many work men do this. All my carpets are expensive and cream.
He got the job done in no time at all. Thankyou Dom, I wish there was more like you
