After having several valuation along came Val. From the beginning she was positive about the property and we felt from all the valuations she was the 'one' as she was friendly, honest and positive.
The photos taken of the house were beautiful and professionally done
Val arranged and accompanied all the viewings and gave feedback after each one. Val was positive the house would sell quickly and it did. She kept us updated all the way through the selling process and helped me with the solicitors, arranging on-line meetings.
I cannot thank Val enough for her efficiency, friendliness and support .

Amazing service from start to finish! They were always quick to respond and set up group chats which made communication so easy. When the first buyer fell through, they acted immediately — the flat was back on the market the same day and sold again the day after. I felt supported the whole way through and couldn’t recommend them more.

An elderly cousin once removed from Selly Oak in Birmingham asked me to help her to sell her property in Weston Super Mare, so I approached Ashcombe Estate Agents to assist in the marketing of the property in question (21 Mansfield Avenue - Weston Super Mare), which turned out to be a very wise decision.

Phoebe was my point of contact throughout the process with the assistance of Aaron. Both of these individual's were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were in essence absolutely top notch.

Within just 2 weeks of the house going onto the market it was sold subject to contract in early December 2025. Needless to say the client, an elderly lady from Selly Oak in Birmingham (my first cousin once removed) she was completely delighted with the positive outcome achieved.

Although we didn't buy the property we viewed through Ashcombe I just wanted to say the service given by Aaron, Phoebe and his staff we excellent. I rang on a Sunday expecting to leave a voice message and the phone was answered and my request passed on. Within the hour Aaron rung me back and by the end of the day we had a viewing booked for the Monday. Phoebe met us and showed us around the property and was very helpful. Within a few hours she had got back to us with all the answers she couldn't provide us with at time. I am just sorry it wasn't quite the right house for us.

Aaron has supported us both with buying and selling our properties. We found Aaron to be very knowledgeable, open and honest throughout. He has a good balance between offering advice and letting you come to him with questions. We also appreciated his assertiveness when mediating between solicitors and other professionals. We felt he was always keen to help and nothing ever felt too much.
I felt he was conscientious throughout, friendly and went above and beyond supporting us with everything and was always there when we needed him. He would accommodate viewings out of office hours which for us was something we had never experienced before. I can’t recommend and thank him enough.
