I looked at many memorial rings from different places but this design particularly stood out to me. The design was delicate, modern and I liked the option to have it in platinum so it would last. The whole process from start to finish was simple: the order pack was sent promptly, the instructions were clear and people were on hand to answer my questions quickly by email or calls. The ring arrived on time and was of excellent quality, beautifully packaged and I knew it would be the perfect size as they sent a ring-sizer with the order pack. I decided to place an order after a friend encouraged me to have faith and trust in a company who would be sent my beautiful Mums ashes. I lost my lovely Mum only in February 2025 and I desperately needed to feel that she was close to me. I chose the silver Secrets Square bar necklace because I wanted something that was simple and that people wouldn’t know that it would hold my Mums ashes in. The day after placing the order, I received a phone call to confirm what I ordered and a pack was sent out. Really easy to do. I then decided that I wanted my Mums lock of hair inside also, so I phoned the customer service line and spoke to a lady who documented this on my order. Honestly, I felt so much trust for this company. The pack was sent the following day and returned back to them using next day signed for delivery. A few days later another phone call to confirm that I would be home to receive my precious parcel. Delivered as promised and my lord, I LOVE IT!! My Mum is now with me wherever I go and it is simple, elegant and beautiful. I was so happy. It was better than I thought it would be.

My friend recently lost his father and I wanted to find him a present for Christmas to help remember him. I had looked into memorial jewellery before and although the pieces were pretty and nice, I couldn't find anything that would suit his more masculine taste. I found ashes with art after a Google search and found the perfect, simple silver ring for him which would carry a piece of his dad's hair in it. After ordering the service from start to finish has been amazing and the piece of jewellery that has been created is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. My friend Is over the moon with the finished piece and so happy that he can wear a piece of his dad with him at all times. 100% recommend this company!!!! Thank you!!!!

The personal service was amazing, had help choosing through to be notified all the way to receipt. This was my second item as sadly I lost my beautiful ring (losing weight & cold weather). I found it difficult being without my parner of 27 years being near by so my second order was the pentant, a simple, solid design which I had the chain upgraded and engraved with the same words. Hopefully I'll not be parted from this one. Siobhan and her colleagues are great and treat you with compassion and nothing is to much to help at difficult time. I'll gladly use them again.

I sadly experienced a loss last year, and for Christmas, my mum and husband bought me a ring containing the ashes of my loved one. The ring cost £270. However, just an hour after wearing it, it began to discolour. We reached out to the company and sent them photos, and we’ve even had video calls with them. Despite all of this, they continue to insist that the discolouration is “normal.” It’s been just over two weeks since I received the ring, and I’ve attached a picture on the google reviews showing its current state, as it won’t let me upload the picture here. Even after cleaning it with the polishing cloth they provided. I am absolutely devastated, as this ring holds something so precious to me. The company just keep claiming the discolouration is “normal.” Please, I strongly advise against buying from this company, especially if you’re trusting them with your family’s ashes. I am heartbroken.

I have just received my memory ring with my mams hair in the heart , it came the day after her funeral, it’s just stunning, you can see the craftsmanship and care that has gone into creating and sending me this beautiful keepsake, I would highly recommend this company, they are amazing , ring came within a couple of weeks , presented beautifully, thank you from the bottom of my heart …. I have been left feeling devastated following my recent purchase of a necklace from this company.
I suffered the unexpected bereavement of a parent recently and have struggled to come to terms with the significant loss.
I spent hours researching companies that offered this service and due to the outstanding reviews thought I had chosen wisely. How wrong could I have been.
The company request a ‘generic’ teaspoon of ashes wrongly assuming all customers would prefer the option to do this as opposed to being more order specific and sending the amount of ashes that is reflective of what has been ordered.
The necklace does not depict the image on the website and looks cheap having cost me nearly £400. I do not feel proud or want to show it off as I thought I would.
The pendant is so small and therefore can only hold a minuscule of ashes inside and as such does not offer any comfort as I expected it would.
A lot of unnecessary packaging is used.
When I reached out I was met with no understanding whatsoever about what I was complaining about. This is despite all contact prior to receipt of the goods being of a good standard.
It does not honour my bereavement in any way and I am appalled by the goods and service received.
