I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Carla for helping make my sister’s 50th birthday so special. From the very first phone call, Carla talked me through the entire process and was both incredibly professional and genuinely friendly.

I received everything I needed to safely send a small amount of my mum’s ashes in the post, and whenever I called for an update, Carla was always kind, patient, and reassuring.

A big well done to Carla and everyone at Ashes with Art — your care and compassion truly mean a lot.

I used Ashes with Art after looking for a while for something special after my mum passed away. I found just what I wanted on their website for the right cost. The service provided by the team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and they kept us informed every step of the way. The Jewellery was very high quality and beautifully packaged. A very special item as a keepsake remembrance for a lost loved one. Unfortunately my item broke but again the customer support was amazing and the super speedy turnaround when fixing my necklace was fantastic, meaning that I had my item back with me in time for Christmas which meant so much. Thank you Ashes with Art I would recommend this company to everybody.

Only one word to say. EXCELLENT .From the first contact they were great. Nothing was too much trouble. Took about a fortnight before we were happy to go ahead with the custom design. Could not recommend enough

Georgina, was really helpful, sympathetic and caring. Everyone within the Company went out of there way to accommodate our requests. Visiting the store was a relaxed process and they made you feel special and that nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this Company to take care of your memorial needs.

Great from start to finish, very professional service and great packaging. Exactly how it should be done.

The whole process was simple and easy. A message to say the ashes had arrived and then again when my item was ready for shipping. They call to arrange a delivery day to ensure you'll be in. The item is gorgeous, I chose the Diamond 6-Claw Secrets Sparkle Memorial Pendant in 18ct yellow gold for my Wife for Christmas. She lost her Mum in October and I was double guessing myself if she'd like it, I shouldn't have, it's stunning and I can't wait for her to open it on Christmas Day.

I had a lovely necklace made and was horrified when the clasp broke. After an email to them they asked me to send it back. Which I did. They emailed to say it was a malfunction so would replace the chain for me. Have just received it back. Communication with them is brilliant. Would highly recommend. I am a happy lady.
