Seller was so lovely and updated me all the time on the products. everything so far has done me wonders nothing has irritated my skin. my absolute favourite products so far is the overnight collagen wrapping mask and the beauty of joseon dynasty cream. done my skin absolute wonders. have nothing bad to say

Absolutely disappointed by this shopping site. I placed an order from this site due to its promise of speedy delivery, given that I only had two weeks left before my holidays and needed the products to be delivered in time for my trip. After placing my order, I patiently waited for a week for confirmation. When I reached out to them, they informed me that the delay was due to the sale of items they didn't actually have in stock. I received a "delivered" notification on my third day of vacation. On delivery day, no one contacted me, and I couldn't change anywhere because I wouldn't be at home that day. When I returned from my holidays, my parcel was nowhere to be found, and I didn't find any letter instructing me where to collect it, so I'm uncertain if it was delivered or simply stolen. I'm upset and disappointed. The worst experience ever. I find it unbelievable that they sell items they don't have in stock and use delivery companies that don't contact the customer to ensure the parcel is delivered safely.

Great experience with the seller—responds quickly. I’ve placed a couple of orders, and they arrived perfectly packed.

The Star Box collection is a great addition; definitely recommend it.
