Seems AsianDate women tend to take awhile to respond on Live Chat.They send a lot of letters (they write this but say the opposite), some have a free photo, if the person in photo are dressed;it may be the person you selected. They must think we can't tell them apart, I got some photos of gals with longer hair,bigger in specific areas than the selected.(i will let my credits go below 10,click on read,look at photo if there is one). It costs $15.99 for 20 credits, 10 to read,10 to send a letter.Video chat costs more(haven't done it ) you probably chat with a woman;will the woman be the selected (have a photo of the person while chatting)?

Having marketed,online/ dating websites since inception, they are more or less the same, regarding, truth vs. outright fraud.....their monetary...interests, supersede, your hopes by at least 10 light years. Of separation. Fact is as the saying goes…" One is born every minute"

This site needs to be put under investigation. I personally have not tried to use this platform HOWEVER, the reason I am leaving the review is my email was hacked and was used to create an account that is being used on This platform which proves that the reviews saying there are fake accounts. I reached out to the company and informed them that the account in my name was fake and unapproved and that I want my information removed as I had no part of this platform in anyway. I did receive a response saying they would delete the account yet since it waw my email used for a fake account I still receive notifications about activity of the clearly fake account is still being used. My name,email date of birth are being used as on my actual birthday I got an email recognizing me. I never heard of this site until the fraudulent use of my personal information. the fact that I did not use any attempt to this company in the entire time being on this planet and the still allow the use of my Personal and UNAUTHORZED information willingly even though I theratend legal action in the court of law and I can see its being used against my will

If they treat me as if they have 0 care of this use of their platform I can't imagine what they do to people that willingly sign up and pay for their clear scam. I can't get them to stop the use of this fake account I might have to actually transfer all of my email contacts to a new account which includes all of my bills, medical ( which I'm in and out of hospital with a a very serious illness call cancer), Friends and family, all legitimate accounts. I could end up being locked out my my physical phone considering it's a google phone and requires a gmail account to use. Them allowing this type of activity could allow my physical medical treatments at risk. Sure I could change it all but I can't drive and somethings are out of state. Asiandate.com allows all of this to happen. consider having a lawyer as a friend if you choose to use this site. you'll need them. It's also been over a month for this problem

I told this company to stop the emails that were getting send to me than they responded ass we are gonna need 34 hours please wait I was happy after hearing that so I started to wait now it's been 2 days but I'm still getting emails it's not stopping costumer service didn't helped me

Totally fraudulent!!! I called them many times about taking money from my bank without my permission. The other thing is that when you place a call, you will talk to the same woman all the time, NOT the one you wanted to.
WHY hasn't this website been forced to close and have all their assets seized????? Where is the FTC when you funking need them????

Been with sites for almost 10 years and is without a doubt my favorite site for asian dating they have always been genuine with me and have met a few ladies in person I think some other sites are bs but this one is without question my favorite site for dating and getting acquainted with asian honey's and customer service has always been very gracious and genuine with me I just don't understand all the negative vibes about this site. Asiandate is a total scam. It is connected to datemyage.com. it was date my age that suggested asiandate. I brought credit for 20$ and texted 10 girls. None of them replied back. Normally I get mails from the profiles of these girls everyday. Some times two or three messages a day. Also the photos on the site are fake. One girls photo was totally different than that of the one on the profile. Don't waste your time and money people

Crap service still taking money after cancellation of subscription rip off site that wants blowing wide open on every platform possible !!! Return my money or it will happen

Mon avis confirme, ceux que je viens de lire, service client en tchat ne sait que dire non à un client, surtout ne commandez pas de fleurs ou de cadeaux pour une dame il ne seront pas livrés, on vous recreditera, la veille de l'extinction de vos crédits. il convient de noter que ce site est un attrape pigeon, car l'abonnement est mensuel est tacitement reconductible, et les crédits effacés en fin de période...la plupart des profils sont des animatrices, équipée en visio pour pour vous faire dépense 100 crédit pour 10 minutes de video qui ne fonctionne pas et par laquelle vous pouvez vous fair poluer par des virus.

This site is a total scam. Just look at the photos. They are all retouched and many of the women wear the same clothes and are in the same bath tub, desk or pasted against the same nature photos. I placed an email address on my photo and have not received one message. But I have received hundreds if not thousands of messages from these fake women. Pease stay as far away as possible from this fake rip off site. Luckily I did not invest any money so I am ahead of the game. Good luck. There is no option for zero stars.

I had a reservation between 5-5:30 PM today. The connection was not successful, but my 100 credits were not refunded to my account and another 180 credits were killed from my account as well.

I called interpreter millions of times, after waiting more than 20 minuts, but no body responded to my concern.
I also called customer service, the representitive asked me to wait 24 hours
I doubt if asian.com calling system is reliable and safe to use
please solve this issue asap

Be very aware of "asian pig butchering scam'. Look it up. It's a very common crypto scam on this site. Many people have lost their life saving following sign up to dating sites. This one is fault.

I set up meeting with some of the woman on the site and they never showed up. They told me they were in my town but they were probably somewhere else. You cannot trust this site.

DO NOT JOIN! IT IS FAKE! I went to this site but it is using AI and the women all Asian and pretty, they lure you in to pay, but they keep you talking to spend money. You'll send letters, open pictures, and worse send gifts. But the most illegitimate is the phone calls, the ladies will tell you they want to share personal information like cell # and emails to get off the site and then you can talk to them on a separate app like Whatsapp or Telegram, these women will spend the whole time making excuses and getting angry. Its like the person you are chatting with is different who you are talking to. I've made 3 calls to different calls, its the same old Asian lady who is rude. Then you call customer service rep and they give you and excuse and hang up. You will never get a refund. But don't despair my friends. Just call Visa file a dispute that this is a fake site. Also, take picture of the chat, ask questions like hypotheticals and you will see the ladies can't answer them. Take pictures of this and Visa will give you full credit. Use your credit card, not your bank account or google pay which is useless to get your money back. This site owns dating.com and Anastasia.com, and Latina.com....all fake. Trust me guys you will not meet anyone. Its all fake. I spent over $2000 and not one email or cell #. Whether the girl is in China or Ukraine, its all fake. You will never meet them. A good question to ask is where do you live or ask them to tell you their name it you'll get something weird like "age doesn't matter". Sorry guys, I know it hurts but its best to join match.com, bumble, tinder or Hinge. These sites are all fake. Oh, the best is the Ukrainians they will ask you to send money bc of the bombing and they have no food or electricity. Never use a debit or bank account. Only credit card so you can dispute and you will win because credit cards knows these are illegitimate companies with fake ladies. Read a self help book and meet an American girl or go to Philippines and meet a nice Asian girl there.

This dating site is such scam and price is ridiculous . Overall from experience, I would rate this site a zero.
