I have tried to stop this company spamming me for months. All I get is unwanted and seriously daft emails from the new owner.

The software doesn't work too well and some figures are so bad you would do better to take a guess. Sales per month for instance are at least half the reported figures. To compare, I checked our own brand ASINs where we have real data. When installed the Chrome extension falls over on Amazon pages, making things far more difficult with the extension than without. As a result, you end up turning it on only for spoecific enquiries and then disabling it again.

Nevertheless, I have lived with it and paid a monthly subscription for a few years. When they started sending spam, spam and more spam which had little or nothing to do with the software, I kept asking to be taken off their mailing lists. Not easy as some mails use a no reply address and unsubscribe links simply don't work.

Eventually I gave up and cancelled my subscription and even took the time to explain why.

I am still being spammed even after opening support tickets.

Since cancelling my subscription, I have used an alternative that works well and has improved listings and therefore sales as a result.

My advice don't touch this outfit.

I have purchased their standard chrome extension for amazon sale analysis.

The extension doesn't work for more than six months now, and the company is not able to solve this issue.

Up to this date, I have created several tickets over their support portal and asked for a solution. However, my tickets were closed after a short time without solving the problem. Furthermore, some of the tickets were entirely deleted from the portal's ticket history. (I, on the other hand, have saved all screenshots included chat history as evidence).
I didn't give up and created a new ticket every time after they've closed my last ticket and asked for an explanation.

The latest ticket is created on 6 July but without any solution yet.

Sending my reminders every two weeks, led to the following "informative" statements:

" I have submitted it to the engineers."

and two weeks ago:

" I am working with the engineers to resolve this issue."

Worst customer service ever.
