Rechnungsanforderung wird ignoriert
Leider äußerst enttäuschender Kundenservice.
Auf mehrere E-Mails zu meinem Anliegen habe ich ausschließlich automatisierte Copy-Paste-Antworten erhalten – ohne jegliche inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung mit meinem konkreten Problem. Es wirkt nicht so, als würde überhaupt jemand die Nachrichten tatsächlich prüfen.
Besonders problematisch ist, dass trotz mehrfacher Anfrage kein ordnungsgemäßer Rechnungsbeleg ausgestellt wurde, obwohl dieser nach deutschem Recht verpflichtend ist und von mir zwingend für steuerliche Zwecke beim Finanzamt benötigt wird. Auch auf meine Bitte um Stornierung wurde nicht eingegangen – stattdessen erneut eine Standardantwort.
Zusätzlich besteht offenbar keinerlei alternative Kontaktmöglichkeit außer der E-Mail-Adresse, auf die offensichtlich niemand individuell reagiert. Telefonischer Support oder eine direkte Klärung sind nicht möglich.
Wenn man bei einer entsprechend hohen Summe einen gesetzlich erforderlichen Rechnungsnachweis einreichen muss und keinerlei Unterstützung erhält, bleibt am Ende leider kein anderer Weg als die Prüfung rechtlicher Schritte.
So stelle ich mir weder Transparenz noch professionellen Kundenservice vor.

Came up as first search result for Etsy and mother purchased a gift card thinking it was a legitimate business, no confirmation sent and gift card never provided but money charged. Seems like a pretty typical SEO scam, website mimics Etsy graphics and fonts.

Very fast response
I made a mistake on a gift card email address. I had not signed into Airbnb and never received a receipt. After speaking with Airbnb support, I was directed to contact Launch gift cards. Declined attempts to purchase Airbnb gift…
Two attempts to purchase Airbnb gift cards declined. Used different card each time. Replied to the decline as directed and got an auto-response that simply affirmed the payment processor declined the charge. Not helpful. And I see many others have had the same problem. I'll find a different gift. Airbnb just lost some business due to this company.

As our support team informed you via email, your gift card order was declined. When a transaction is placed the funds are put on hold (pending). When the transaction has been declined, the hold on the funds is automatically released and the charge is voided.
Please allow up to 5 business days for this to reflect in your account. Please contact your bank for more information on their timeline for releasing holds.
Our team is unable to assist once the charge has been voided.

Think they might be a scam
Bought a 12 month gift card for DAZN but they sent me a 1 month gift card. When emailing them they said that I should take it up with DAZN! It’s Launch who sold me the card not DAZN. I guess I’ve been scammed. Stay clear.

I see launch have suggested the issue is with DAZN. I think the issue is charging for a 12 month card and only delivering a one month card. Scammers

Great gift idea & great follow up service
I gifted my daughter an Airbnb voucher, she lost her email containing the voucher details. I contacted Airbnb voucher customer services and they resent the email to her. It took me some time to find the correct contact details, but once I had the correct contact details the response was prompt and efficient.

I totally messed up an order for a…
I totally messed up an order for a couple of Airbnb vouchers for relatives as Christmas presents. Couldn't understand why neither of them had thanked me, mentioned it to one who said "never received an email from them", contacted the other and they hadn't had a email either! OMG! "You've been scammed" they said. My heart sank, but I reached out by email and Launch gift cards were so helpful - I had a typo in one of the email addresses and the other one didn't exist! Talk about operator error. Within an hour of contacting Launch, giving them the correct email addresses, it was all sorted and gift card emails were received. Conclusion: 1) Launch Gift Cards were very efficient and rectified my mistakes and I would use again and 2) Don't let old people loose on a laptop!!!! :)
