ASM Auto Recycling Ltd. レビュー

We used ASM to scrap my mum's car , all involved were very helpful and accommodating, we would definitely recommend

Everything was handled very efficiently from organising the administration to picking up my car. Jessica was very, very helpful organising everything for me, as was the driver who came to collect my vehicle. I'm currently housebound and he took the time and trouble to check all my belongings were removed from the car and returned to me. My experience absolutely merits 5 stars! I shopped around for prices but in future ASM will be my first call knowing they are top of the game
Excellent start to finish

Totally smooth and professional transaction. Emailed Sat,called me on Monday to book. Collected Tuesday and paid Wednesday. Best quote from Google search.
Would thoroughly recommend this company. Dealt with all paperwork and DVLA stuff too. Driver was friendly, polite and answered all my questions as I like to know what is happening.

A brilliant service from start to finish from speaking to Jessica in the office and Nathan collecting the car they were both very polite and professional and very helpful ..
Even though it was raining Nathen still had a smile 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Faultless Service!

From my initial conversation with Phillipa at ASM, I was extremely impressed. She was polite, personable and explained the whole process clearly and professionally.

I then had the pleasure of meeting Nathan, who came to collect my vehicle. Nathan is the fourth generation of his family to have worked for ASM, and it was immediately clear that he takes great pride in what he does. He was incredibly friendly, personable and professional throughout.

My vehicle was parked behind a magnolia tree with very limited access. To make matters worse, the battery was completely flat and the front offside tyre was also flat. To top it all off, the front wheel had seized, making the recovery particularly challenging.

To cut a long story short, Nathan persevered and showed tremendous skill and determination, eventually using the winch to get the vehicle safely onto the transporter.

I actually asked him whether he gets many difficult vehicles to retrieve, and he laughed and said this was probably the worst one he had encountered to date! 😂

I would also like to commend Nathan for his excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding health and safety. He handled what was a very difficult recovery calmly, safely and professionally.

A genuinely first-class company with outstanding staff. Nathan was an absolute credit to ASM, especially considering how extremely hot it was that day.

Thank you, Nathan, and thank you ASM. Keep up the great work!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Faultless from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Couldn't order from the ASM website, so Matt contacted me and sorted out the order. I ordered a taillight, and it arrived in 2 days. Brilliant, and it looked brand new. Every other website was trying to charge me double. I'll definitely be using ASM again.

Ryan at the front desk went out of his way to assist us. He and Will who fitted the wheels on our car have been absolutely fantastic. Really helpful and friendly. I will be recommending ASM to work colleagues and friends.

ChrisCame to collect my mini today
👍

My car needed to be scrapped and in contacted so many different companies.
ASM gave me the best price for my car.
I was looked after by Tim who was so helpful.
He was honest and understood my concerns I had and put them at ease.
He explained everything and the process was smooth.
The guys who came to collect my car were great too. Really friendly and polite.
Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend ASM to others.

Excellent delivery service took less than 24 hours to receive the part I ordered for my car 1st class service well done ASM will be using them again 👏

My enquiry was responded to within a day and the parts quoted being a match for the model car and year. So uncertainty over 'fit' removed.
The guys I dealt with were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and the parts were delivered a day earlier than aniticipated. Packaging was more than adequate which provided further evidence of ASM being a quality company. Yet to have the parts fitted, but am sure that they will resolve our problem.

ASM are top operators in the Salvage industry. In particular, Matt is an all round great guy to deal with - he goes above and beyond and always makes sure that sales go smoothly. Great products that are always well packaged and delivered on time.

Visited ASM Thame today , I had 4 tyres replaced on the Nissan Note , Ryan assisted with the purchase, plus the chap in the tyre bay.
Helpful & courteous all the way - thankyou guys

Collection of my car arranged for today - Emails and texts received confirming. I rang at lunchtime to confirm they were still coming and was assured, yes - today before 5pm. Just had a phone call that they are not coming after all - disorganised, dishonest and patently do not give a flying fig about wasting people's time. No apology, no acknowledgement that I have been waiting the entire day for nothing. A day that I took from my annual leave. ASM made an offer, I accepted - that is a contract. ASM breached the contract. I would advise avoiding this company - my experience has shown me that they are a bunch of cowboys that were too incompetent to actually carry out what was agreed. Oh, and the email I received states in order to contact them "reply to this email" - but if you do - you get a message "Oops, this mailbox is not monitored"....

ASM are a brilliant team of people, from start to finish the service has been professional, efficient and friendly - Kerry deserves a special mention as does the gentleman who removed the car this morning - many thanks to you both , I would definitely recommend this company

They are very good people very honest people

Easy to process, efficient, great service thankyou

After a very disappointing experience with another salvage company, I turned to ASM Auto Recycling, kings Langley depot and the difference was honestly night and day.

Having previously been messed around with missed collections and poor communication elsewhere, I was understandably cautious. However, ASM completely restored my confidence from the start. The team were friendly, clear, and professional, and most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do.

Collection was arranged smoothly, I received the promised call ahead of arrival, and they turned up on time without any issues. The driver, Chris, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and made the whole process feel easy and well-handled.

What really stood out was the reliability and level of customer care, which made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ASM to anyone needing a vehicle collected. A genuinely professional and dependable service.

I asked for a part on Saturday, got a response on Monday, arranged for collection on the same day and received the part on Tuesday. I was able to pay the driver, so I knew it was the right part, not a scam and that the part would fit. The driver phoned half an hour before the delivery to make sure it was OK, all as arranged. The website was easy to use for ordering and I simply cannot fault anything in the whole affair at all. How lovely to find competence, efficiency and good service in a company these days. One to remember!
