Really difficult to get a refund, they donât register it and then when you try and chase them they avoid refunding or eventually do but make you jump through hoops to get it. Great stuff on sale but... ãã£ãšèŠã

I placed an order on 24th August and still haven't received it. I've sent several messages through their contact form and received generic responses. I have asked for my money back and in the generic response it said they wouldn't do anything until it had been looked into by the IT team. Will never be using this site or ASOS itself again

I must be honest here, I went head in for buying cheap clothes without any reasearch on the authenticity of the site, placed an order on a Saturday, Sunday I went and read other people reviews and thought oh well from the amount of 1* reviews, doesn't seem I'll be getting anything but money loss. Imagine my surprise when Sunday evening I get an email notifying me of my order dispatch, not in full, 2 items still to be dispatched. Received my order Tuesday, not even the items they said they haven't been dispatched were missing.my order have been fulfilled in time and in full.Happy with the experience!

Placed my order on the 24th August spent £120 to then not receive my order and the communication from asos CS is absolutely disgusting, same generic email responses no accountability taken or help given to your customers people are right absolute SCAM, I also contacted ASOS main site through chat and again NO HELP WHATSOEVER, I was a loyal customer to asos but not any longer urge anyone who has had the same experience to follow process and follow through with trading standards complaint something needs to be done about ASOSs disgusting behaviour this canât continue so many bad reviews ad yet they are still getting away with it. The low prices come at a cost my friends! I haven't received my order that was made on 25th August!! Customer service have been awful and send a generic email about how my items haven't left the warehouse yet, but there's also issues with the delivery tracking?! Make it make sense mate! I've requested a refund so many times and it's the same email they respond with.The many spelling mistakes in the emails make you feel like you're being scammed.... We could very well be being scammed at this point.
Judging by the many bad reviews I've seen here on TrustPilot, I'd suggest reporting ASOS Sample Sale to Trading Standards!
Terrible Customer Service and No Refunds - Feels Like a Scam
I made several orders during the ASOS Sample Sale this summer, only to experience a complete failure in their refund process. Despite following their return policyâsending back unwanted items within 14 daysâI never received the refund that I am entitled to.
I contacted customer service weeks ago, provided all the necessary proof of return as requested, and since then, I have heard nothing back. It's been radio silence. The lack of response and action is beyond frustrating; at this point, it feels like I've been scammed.
I expected far better from a company of this size. It's unacceptable to be ignored like this, and Iâm still out of pocket. I strongly advise against shopping here if you value decent customer service and reliable refunds.

Still wating on an order from 23rd August, have received two replies to emails with the same generic responses that others have experienced. I've asked for a refund today as items clearly not coming, but don't hold out much hope. Basically a total waste of time.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Purchased on the 23rd August 2024 and I received 2 items out of the 10 items I had purchased so I was £60 out of pocket. Their customer service team is genetically closer to moths circling round a lightbulb. They keep on saying "Oh wait for the dispatch email, it's a IT glitch" That is a whole load of crap. I worked for ASOS 4 years ago and that is the jargon we used to get told to say to customers when they didn't know what happened and that they're looking into it. If anyone reads this review, do a chargeback with your bank to get the money back I think it's the only way you will be able to get your money back.
Dreadful service
Dreadful service. Ordered on the 24th August and the order has been on 'confirmed' since then. Completed CS form and received a generic response blaming their IT and they stated that they will look in to the issue. This was well over a week ago.
I urge anyone with the same complaint to contact Trading Standards to hold them to account. It's very scam like behaviour. In addition, I really think the Asos main site should take accountability.

Don't waste your money or time. Placed order 23rd August, said delivery would be within 7 working days. Tracking still says 'order placed'. Have emailed customer service twice. One email back 10 days later (spelt awfully) saying this would be escalated and a response within 2 days. That was a week ago, and no reply. Scammers!

Spoken to Asos management who were no help, no body wants to take responsibility for my order or a refund. Itâs theft. Placed an order previously which was absolutely fine but this time I have had no dispatch notification after 12 days and no response to multiple emails on the contact form. Like everyone else ASOS main customer service will not deal with it despite the sample sale website legal info saying my contract is with ASOS, the money was paid to ASOS and the form response comes from customer care. I asked to make a formal complaint and ASOS have refused to let me speak to anyone. I have had to lodge a claim through my bank to get a refund. Will also be contacting the head office regarding the abysmal service and just plain unacceptable customer service.
Awful do not use
Absolutely dreadful, do NOT recommend. Ordered 2 weeks ago package still not shipped. Contacted via their rubbish query form 5 times, emailed directly, no response to cancel order as taken too long. Tried contacting asos and they wonât have anything to do with it. Awful communication and put me off asos as a whole. Who knows if the package or refund will ever arrive!
UPDATE 22/09 - after emailing every day and receiving badly written/copy and pasted responses from 'customer service' (and no help at all from Asos main site), I disputed with my bank and lodged complaint with Trading standards. I queried with 'customer service' why they were launching a new sample sale when they had not even fulfilled their contract on multiple orders from the last sale - to which they FINALLY refunded me! I would not recommend Asos or the sample sale at all - completely useless and essentially are thieves. The items were never in stock.
