Seems fine so far. A little slow on getting to customer service but satisfactory. Also slow on contacting creditors for negotiations. But it is a process so I can accept that. Overall four stars.

I wish there was more interaction beyond them working in the background. Not just emails call their clients other than that so far so good.

BEWARE! IS A COMPLETE JOKE!
Company tells you they will settle all debts signed on for a monthly payment over term of months. Then every settlement they make they text you that they made a settlement and need more money added in order to settle along with 561.00 payment currently being made for settlements. I terminated program. Then had 564 dollars in my account with them. Waited a month later never seen money. Called multiple times got different stories each time. No had correct answers. In conclusion was told I was not receiving any of my money back!!! BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM!

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY! They took my money for months with no results! The money goes to them and then they have some bogus attorney call to take more of your money! After 6 mos that was only suppose to take 3 mos I cancelled and was left in a far worst situation! Just work directly with your creditors if you can. I hope this helps someone. It's too late for me😢
