We had a leak in our utility room and


We had a leak in our utility room and Aspary was very helpful and organised in helping us to deal with the problem. They took over everything which made life much easier for us. They liaised with our home insurance, they orangised work men coming to repair the leak and repair the flood. It was very efficient. We would specially like to thank Ben for all his help . We would recommend Aspray with no hesitation

I had the pleasure of dealing with Satinder at Aspray East London, and from start to finish, he was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

Thanks to Satinder’s expertise and persistence, the whole experience was effortless and stress-free. He ensured the claim was handled efficiently and completed in a timely manner, always keeping me informed at every stage. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional — I was never left in the dark about the progress of my claim.

Satinder went above and beyond, taking considerable time to liaise with the local authority, freeholder, and loss adjusters on behalf of the insurers. His advice and guidance were invaluable in achieving a fair and satisfactory outcome for a water damage claim on one of my properties.

Bathroom flood

Had an escape of water in April. Aspray went above and beyond on getting me back in my home..,(sadly it was the insurers that held everything up)., Aspray, put my mind at rest, and rebuilt my bathroom, living room and kitchen. Highly recommended

Without Clive’s persistence and determination, we would never have won the two year battle we had with the insurance company. Clive was in touch all the way, even when they agreed the final settlement they still did not pay up and he was chasing them daily. As a small grassroots football club, we would not have stood a chance so to say we are ever grateful is an understatement. We cannot recommend Clive highly enough. Thank you!

Thank goodness for George Masterton!

It is only when something goes wrong in your home that you find out how good your insurance cover actually is. A water leak under a concrete floor that may have been leaking for a considerable time before detection required work spanning four rooms and four months to put right.
At the outset we decided to use George Masterton at Aspray to handle the whole claim. We were very pleased we did. George attended meeting with Loss Adjusters and then immediately got underway in removing floors and getting the property dry. Six weeks after making the claim through our insurers they sent a contractor to see what needed to be done to dry the property. He could not understand how the job was almost complete. Insurers delayed payment of our claim after agreement, but George started the redecoration without waiting. When the payment was finally made our house was already close to returning to normal.
Insurance claims are fraught and stressful, thank goodness George was there the carry the load!

Would Not Recommend or Use

A property I own was flooded in November and Aspray were recommended by my broker as they would oversee the claim and my involvement would be minimal.

I wish I hadn't used them as it turned into a long drawn out protracted process.

Larry initially explained the process via my 10 year old daughter which I found unorthodox and condescending. There were frequent delays and communication generally poor.

Five stars to Aspray. I can't thank them enough. A claim I was having difficulty with was taken over by Tracy, Louise and Ryan. What a team. I was kept informed through the claim period and every question I emailed was answered immediately. The outcome surpassed my expectation, so I am a very, very happy customer. The team at Aspray fought my corner all the way. What a first class company

Avoid this chaotic company - they do not care.

Storm Darragh damaged two of our properties in the North West in Rhyl. We still have not had the claim properly handled. Extremely poor communication, when works were done no plan or schedule of works repeated asked for, they turned up without any notice to the tenants, painting over wet plaster and failure to investigate damp timbers which we had highlighted, no lost rent compensation which is due. Last email ‘sorry I wrote a reply but forgot to send it’. This branch of Aspray is shambolic disorganised and nonchalant. Even the complaints department are unresponsive and need months to investigate. We are having to resort to legal action and complaints authorities, so recommend you avoid this chaotic organisation

From start to end Aspray were amazing

From start to end Aspray were amazing. They handled all of my insurance claim advocating on my behalf. The standard of work carried out in my home was to the highest standard. Jimmy and Rachel Cranswick were a delight to work with and kept me informed and calmed my anxieties throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.

George Masterton - Great Result

I had a major leak in my building which spanned 3 apartments and common parts. It was due to a hissing pipe in a wall cavity that went undetected for 2 weeks until water had travelled below floor finishes and started creating signs of damp.

I contacted George Masterton (Aspray, Peterborough), who immediately took control and actioned contractors to commence expert drying out and surveying works. Building management were not cooperating and have a complicated claims procedure. George was able to bypass them and go straight to the insurers (something claimants couldn’t do). Not long after the insurer engaged a loss adjuster and George was able to submit a scope of works and agree a settlement sum.

There were many complications due to the nature of ownership of this building, but George was always pragmatic and positive with his approach. He kept other claimants and me updated regularly, and with patience, we were very happy with the outcome.

When things go wrong it can be a minefield to navigate.
Aspray were helpful, professional and friendly.Everything was explained clearly and questions answered quickly.
The team was excellent, and the work was carried out around my wife's hospital treatment.
The job was finished to a high standard within the agreed time frame.
Can,t thank them.enough and would not hesitate to reccomend them or use their service again should the need arise.
