AssetsFX stole $10,000 from my account by faking trades

My name is Roman, I’m the founder of Pierstage Capital Management, and I’ve been in the FX industry for over 15 years, working with multiple brokers. You can find me on LinkedIn and elsewhere.

I opened a personal account with AssetsFX and deposited $10,000 to test their services. When my balance was around $9,700, I submitted a withdrawal request for $5,000 — which they canceled without explanation. I asked why, but never received a response.

Shortly after, I noticed three fake trades on my account (only the broker and I had access), resulting in a total loss of the entire $10,000. I had made no trades after submitting the withdrawal request — they manipulated the account and erased my funds.

Now they ignore all my messages. On Telegram, their support even said, “You lost your money yourself!”

• 100% Bitcoin trades targeted (BTCUSD.i only)

Assets FX has updated their comment below, and since I am unable to respond directly, I am addressing their points here:

They incorrectly state that my account number is 499084. The correct account number is 302524.

They claim that I am inexperienced and responsible for depleting the entire deposit. I encourage you to review my Myfxbook account under Pierstage_CM, as well as the website, where you will find a variety of strategies with minimal drawdowns. None of these strategies have ever experienced a drawdown of 30% or more. Our maximum intraday risk is carefully managed, typically ranging between 5-10%, depending on the risk level. Importantly, every trade is protected by a stop-loss—without exception. This represents the maximum potential loss we could incur in a single day under adverse market conditions. Their assertion that we suffered a 100% loss contradicts all publicly available strategies and documented risk controls.
