Dear, Thank you so much for your patience and kind cooperation. We truly understand your concern and sincerely hope to resolve this matter in a fair and efficient way.

Regarding the product, we can confidently assure you that it is made of 100% human hair. At this point, we’re not fully sure how it was determined to be synthetic just based on the photos and videos provided. To ensure we handle this accurately, could you please send us several clear pictures showing the inside and outside of the wig, as well as the lace details? Once we receive them, we’ll review and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

As for your PayPal payment arrangement, we’re so sorry, but we are unable to directly interfere or modify anything related to that process, since merchants don’t have the authority to operate within PayPal’s system. However, if you’d like to proceed with a return and refund, we can arrange it for you right away to help you resolve this issue faster.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support, and we’ll do our best to make sure this matter is handled properly for you soon. 💛

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and respect your opinions. However, we would like to kindly point out that your orders were placed in January, which exceeds our standard after-sales period. Despite this, we have made a special exception because we truly value your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, the wigs you have submitted for return are not products from our company. PayPal has rejected your claim three times. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from us. We kindly ask that you provide the original products from our company if you wish to resolve this matter promptly.

We truly hope to resolve this matter in a fair and professional manner.

Regarding the U-part wig, we sincerely apologize for the issues with the cap size and the clips falling off. May I kindly ask for your order number so we can locate your purchase and assist you further?

Please note that we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days as long as the wig is unused and still in good condition. If the wig cap doesn’t fit, we’d be happy to help you exchange it for a more suitable size.
