My entire experience with Asteria was enjoyable! I require special small-cap sizing, and I emailed them to ask about the process. They were kind, professional, and warm. They customized the wig to my needs and even sent me photos of the wig for my approval! It felt very consultative. When the wig arrived, it was already pre-plucked, cut, and styled. The lace was cut, and the knots were bleached. That made everything incredibly easy for me, especially as a newbie with wigs. The wig did shed a little which is to be expected. The hair had a scent because it was pre-styled using a pressing come and you could smell that however the smell wore off soon. The hair was beautiful, and I am going to shop for more wigs from them. They made this too easy and now I WANT MORE! Hahaha

Good communication – I decided to keep the wig despite the long process.
I got my wig (Curly wig) on time, the quality of the wig is good in my opinion. However, I wanted to return the wig for couple reasons. They persuaded me and tried to sell me another wig. But then I came to the decision to keep the wig . My honest opinion towards the employees is ,that since it was the first time I ordered something from them, they were quite friendly and communicative at the same time, you could exchange well with them, despite the entire process.

Most trustful wig company I know!
I loooove love this company. Every wig I’ve purchased has been exactly what I’ve wanted. I don’t have to order wigs often because their wigs last a good minute. I’ve been purchasing from them since about 2020 and I only have good things to say. I’ve recently contacted them because I was worried about import/tariff fees and they worked with me to get a wig shipped from their US warehouse!!! And I purchased my wig Thursday, and it delivered first thing Monday morning! Their customer service is so incredibly kind and helpful. Every wig I’ve purchased has been extremely soft, true to length, and 100% human hair. Ive been able to bleach, dye, and style their wigs no problem.

Originally ordered an 18 in wig 250% density that came in amazing condition. Realized that I wanted a longer length and the company quickly worked with me to have the wig exchanged for a longer length along with my request for a 6x6 closure. Amazing customer service and the hair is full and luscious. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Honest First-Time Buyer Experience
I initially ordered the Water Wave texture, but unfortunately, the hair did not look like the photos advertised and appeared very frizzy right out of the package. I exchanged it for the Deep Wave texture, hoping for better quality, but was met with the same issue—excessive frizz. After washing the hair, I noticed significant shedding, and the frizz remained unmanageable despite my efforts.
As a first-time customer, I was genuinely disappointed with the quality and expected a better product. I even requested that they send a better-quality bundle, but my concerns were not fully resolved.
That said, their customer service was very responsive and helpful throughout the exchange process, and the shipping was impressively fast. The hair was also true to length and density, which I appreciated.
Overall, while the customer service and delivery were excellent, I would not recommend this hair due to the poor quality and high maintenance required.

Frizz can sometimes occur during transit or after washing due to the natural texture of curly/wavy human hair, here is some tips to reduce the frizz:
💧 For Human Hair Wigs
1. Co-wash Regularly
Use a sulfate-free conditioner (no shampoo!) to gently cleanse and hydrate.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before rinsing with cool water.
2. Use a Leave-In Conditioner
Apply a lightweight, silicone-free leave-in to keep strands smooth and moisturized.
Look for products specifically for curly or textured hair.
3. Dry Gently
Blot the hair with a microfiber towel or T-shirt—never rub.
Let it air dry on a wig stand for best results.
4. Use Anti-Frizz Serums or Oils
Argan oil, jojoba oil, or a serum like John Frieda Frizz Ease (light amount!) helps tame flyaways.
Avoid heavy products that cause buildup.
5. Detangle Properly
Always detangle from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers.
Do it while the hair is damp and with conditioner or leave-in.
6. Sleep Protection
Use a satin/silk bonnet or pillowcase to reduce friction.
Braid or twist the hair at night to preserve definition.
About the shedding, hope you know it is quite normal for the new wig just received to have a little float hair, after several times combing(better with fingers or wide-tooth comb), they will be cleared, you could try it.

Worst curly wig I’ve ever purchased.
I’m beyond disappointed with this wig. I had high expectations based on Asteria’s reputation for curly hair, but this is by far the worst curly wig I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve worn and maintained curly wigs for years, and I also have natural curly hair, so I know how to care for textured hair, but nothing could save this one.
Within just 3 to 4 days, the tangling became unbearable. No matter how often I detangled and refreshed it with water, it would knot up again within 10 minutes. The back matted so badly that the wig became stiff and unwearable. I tried everything, deep conditioning three times, adding and omitting oils, experimenting with different product amounts, including leave-in conditioners, curl creams, gels, and serums. Nothing worked.
This hair is clearly over-processed. It has no elasticity or softness, just excessive dryness and tangling. And let’s not forget the awful fishy smell, it took ages to wash out! At £200, I expected at least a few weeks of quality wear, not a wig that barely lasted a few days before becoming unmanageable.
If you’re looking for a long-lasting curly wig, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This one is not it.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I always ordered from this website, but this was a travesty for my birthday. I ordered a 22-inch 5x5 lace and high density and received a thin shedding 20-inch or less wig, and the color is in patches. I contacted the support team. Not only did they call me by the wrong name like they copied and paste a response, but the told me that will not refund me even after my suggestion of returning it, because they claimed I did it because they “did not send it out in that state that it’s in.” Even after me stating that I did an unveiling video to find my wig like this, that I will share on platforms. I will NEVER order from this place again! Do not waste your money! I paid over $330 for this bullshit that I can’t even wear!
