Thorough examination

Speedy appointment, good service.

It was exactly as I recall. On time and very helpful with advice as to how to improve my current hearing which is less than 100% effective at present. A most useful and helpful check.

I phoned Amersham branch yesterday morning as I had trouble replacing the filter on my hearing aid. I was told that I could come immediately and get my problem sorted . So a huge ‘thank you’ for such quick and highly professional care and sorting out the problem .

The staff dealing with blocked ear because of wax dealt with the problem very deftly and the receptionist was very helpful

Very efficient ... and showed the amount of wax in the ears prior to and after cleaning.

I was greeted with a friendly welcome and made to feel at ease. Each step of the process was carefully explained to me and after a very thorough examination and a careful review and overhaul of my hearing aids I left very satisfied with my visit.

Maybe not as efficient as previous visits. The practitioner appeared to be unaware I was waiting. Also maybe not as thorough but still OK.

Having never had a hearing test, apart from wax removal (elsewhere) I was unsure of the procedure. My appointment at Thame can only be described as, delightful.
This was in no small part due to the audiologist, Hollie. Many questions about me & my overall health, what difficulties I experience due to deterioating age related hearing loss. Much banter & humour put me at ease. Just lovely. Highly recommended.
