What can you say about mythical Advokat Radoslav Koychev? Nothing good anyway. He’s been threatening to take me to court for the last 6 months with his AI sent emails (Every 20 days it works out as). I was starting to think he was pseudonym for some scam artist, as I couldn’t find anything about his legal career. Turns out he’s just a predatory scam artist masquerading in the guise of a lawyer. His postal address is a Scanbox in Berlin, Germany deliberately so he can conceal his identity and address. But not anymore. I did a bit of digging and found his full name is actually; Radoslav Slavchev Koychev. He mainly operates in Sofia Bulgaria (14 Antim I Street, Sofia to be precise) where he has another law firm he co-owns with his partner: Slavichev & Vasilev Law Firm. He’s also associated with another firm called: TechLex. They have the same address and it also has his German address: Eschersheimer Landstraße 42, 60322
Frankfurt, Germany. So when he’s sending you harassing emails and letters trying to extort you for overinflated sums of money with the full legal laws of Germany, which have absolutely zero affect on anyone outside of the EU, feel free to send one back.

They are a fake called legal office and work with scammer like ecollect, nog if you do some research you will find that ecollect and the legal office are on the same address. They also only send you mails (that automatically go into the spam) and dont send letters. A real legal office would also send a letter to the home addes and would make it registerd mail you need to sign on. They dont do this cus this would cost them monney. They also have no legal proof of anny payments you have to make and when you ask for proof they make an exel doc in less than 2 minutes that seems extremily fake. I blocked them and reported this to the pollice. They will nog get a penny from me and can keep trying to sca but it aint gonna work on me

They only sent an email with a claim and no supporting information. This appears highly unprofessional and potentially fraudulent. Do not make any payments to this sender.

Astras Veritas v/Radoslav Koychev udgiver sig via Direct Letter (brev) for at være incassobureau, som for en klient skal inddrive betaling for et abonement hos et andet firma (som ikke eksisterer).

Ved mit forsøg på at tage til genmæle og skrive en mail til den oplyste adresse viste det sig at mailadressen ikke eksisterer.

For større virksomheder kan et sådant brev "glide igennem" en regnskabsafdeling og medføre betaling, mens de fleste mindre virksomheder nok vil opdage forsøget på bedrageri.
