It is hard these days to find good customer service let alone great customer service. At Astra Straps I found great customer sevice and I have not even receive my purchase yet.

What happened was I accidently ordered the wrong color and when I realized my mistake I immediately sent a reply to the confirmation email I sent. It was after hours, so I didn't expect a response. Within an hour I got one telling me they would put in a request to switch to the color I actually wanted. They said they would let me know if they were able to successfully able to complete my request.

The next morning I woke up to an email telling me my oder had been fixed and I would get the product I meant to order.

Unbelievable customer service, the best.

Great customer service and product!!

They keep trying to get you to buy something else when asking for a return. So far 4 emails back and forth to get a return authorization for a band that is too narrow.

This is my second order from astrastraps.ca
The site could be a little easier to navigate in terms of finding previous orders but the customer service is excellent and the products are very good - what you see is what you get. Returns are made easy and there is a huge variety of products to choose from. I'm very pleased with my purchases.
