Terrible customer service, Zak and Ian in particular!
Zak and Ian and the whole customer services lot are useless.
Bought a 4k 160hz monitor that advertised 95% dci-p3 but only measured 70%.
After requesting return, they scheduled it for the Monday but I wanted to amend it. They said Id have to cover that myself and now arent responding.
Threatened bank chargeback, and still no response!!
Charging back via my bank once I get the chance to. Terrible company!!
Truly awful service
Truly awful service. My two year old laptop has totally died and they “repaired it” charged me a lot to get it back and then it died again 3 days later. They said sorry would need to pay for a repair again! Even though the issue clearly wasn’t fixed in the first place!
Customer service have been so rude as well as so unhelpful! I am devastated that I’ve wasted the money on the repair and it not hasn’t even worked. I simply asked for the repair money to be refunded and was told it wasn’t their responsibility.
No support, turn to worst brand!
No support, no help, just useless applications, useless tutorial video.
Worst and worst this brand!
Very awful service
Very awful service scamming people. I have purchased ASUS ROG Strix G18 G815LP-S9005W laptop Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX 18" WQXGA 16GB RAM 1TB SSD RTX 5070 Windows 11 Home - Black | Grey .
Order #AS21000062295
They send me box damaged and sealed broken . When contacting customer service they ignore and don’t want to take a return .
Asus run by Five Tech Limited, Asian paki company ! I have involved my bank for charge back ! If I need I will involve police and trading standard !!
Apalling service
Returned my 14 month old Asus vivo book for warranty repair. Over a month has passed and it hasn't even been looked at. Customer service unable to estimate when it will be looked at. Highly disappointing experience . I'll probably by another laptop from a different brand and use my Asus as a spare when I get it back. Cannot imagine buying another Asus product ever again and of course will share my experience with others suggesting to avoid Asus.
Not buying any Asus product ever again
Not buying any Asus product ever again. Their RMA is a joke. I have been with a partially dead mother board over a year . Their RMA is non existent in the UK.

Not great can only play one game at a time , app for printer and alexa not allowed
I contacted Technical Support
I contacted Technical Support, it was an underwhelming experience. In the end I managed to sort my issue myself. I feel either they had no practical knowledge in deal with my issue or it was to much a problem to deal with a customer, in an appropriate manner.
Many other companies offer a much better experience, in my opinion.
Also the the app based quick internet setup was rubbish for me.
ASUS Customer Service - A Month of Silence and Frustration
My experience with ASUS customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. My laptop has been with their repair department for over a month, and I have received virtually no communication or updates. Each attempt to get information has been met with extreme frustration.
Calling their support line consistently directs me to a technical support department staffed by, what appears to be, a single individual who is unhelpful, disengaged, and unable to provide any meaningful information or escalation path. Emailing customer service has yielded the same result – radio silence.
The only "update" I received in this entire month was a generic message stating the laptop was "still in repair" and an offer of a three-month warranty extension. This is utterly useless when my laptop has been out of commission for over a month already. The lack of transparency, the abysmal communication, and the refusal to provide any substantive updates or compensation for the prolonged inconvenience is unacceptable.
ASUS, you have failed spectacularly in your customer service. My laptop is unusable, your support channels are a black hole, and your resolution offers are insulting. I am left with a broken laptop and a profound sense of regret about choosing your brand. I absolutely would not recommend people buy ASUS products. Avoid ASUS if you value timely repairs and decent customer support.
More totally crap Asus support…
Got new Asus router that I wanted to setup with FTTP ONT connection. Asus "easier than ever" downloaded app was less than crap. Contacted Asus router technical and spent 15 minutes enduring an agent wanting to know history and for me to correctly read out the minute serial number on the device, with me telling him that I was on a flakey (EE) mobile signal that could drop any minute. In such a case he could not call me back. Even with a 10 times magnifier holding this and the router in my left hand and the phone in right hand I was struggling to read the s/n. I finally gave up and terminated the call. Totally useless support. Returning the router.
If I could give Asus 0 stars I would
If I could give Asus 0 stars I would. Bought a gaming laptop in Dec 2023 for £1500. Had to return it to the store (Currys/PC World) as it wouldn't boot, and it was sent off to be fixed. In March 2025 the laptop would not boot again, and as it was out of warranty we took it a repair shop, who said that the entire inside was heat damaged beyond repair. I have been trying to email them since then to log a formal complaint and have not even received an acknowledgement. This is NOT the way to treat customers, but having coming onto Trustpilot to leave this review, I can see that other people rate them about as highly as I do. Do yourself a favour, steer clear.
Unresponsive touchpad is a known issue
After some research it turns out an unresponsive touch pad is a known issue for the Asus zenbook s13 yet I was told by Asus customer service it was not. Asus is being dishonest and refusing the repair this problem. Extremely disappointed with the laptop and the service received from Asus. Will discontinue use of Asus products and definitely would not recommend.
A Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently encountered a significant issue with my top-of-the-range ASUS laptop, which stopped working completely due to a suspected motherboard failure. I promptly booked a repair and sent it to ASUS UK, expecting a swift resolution given the premium nature of the product.
However, six weeks have passed, and my laptop has not even been inspected. The customer service team has been unable to provide any visibility on when it will be examined or repaired. Each time I inquire, I receive the same standard response:
"We are currently in the process of switching repair centers. The staff is handling the backlog from the previous center to avoid further delays. We cannot provide an estimate due to factors such as testing environments, technician benchmarks, stock of spare parts, and whether these need to be imported. Considering these factors and the multiple repairs in backlog, providing an accurate or even an estimated timeframe is not possible. The center is allocating every resource available to complete the transition as soon as possible."
This response is not only frustrating but also insulting to loyal customers and damaging to the ASUS brand. It is inconceivable that a company would transition to a new service center without having a clear Service Level Agreement (SLA) and backlog management plan in place. Six weeks—over 10% of the year—have passed while ASUS sorts out its internal issues, leaving customers in the lurch.
After 20 years of loyalty to the ASUS brand, I am deeply disappointed and have decided to switch to a company that respects its customers and provides reliable service.

Is Asus Cloud Storage subscription a con?
My Laptop is working OK I guess, (some features I am supposed to have, like Fingerprint and face recognition are greyed out however and not available). But my main concern is with ASUS themselves. I subscribed to the offer of 1TB of One Drive cloud storage and paid for it via PayPal (fortunately). I downloaded the file I was supposed to do and followed all the instructions. However, what was supposed to appear next in stage 3 doesn't, all I get is a screen telling me I need to upgrade for more storage, at a price of course, and my 'One Drive Cloud storage' still says I only have 5gb. Its all starting to looking like a bit of a Scam to me. Trying to contact and fill on line forms to ASUS was a nightmare and I have been going around in circles. Fortunately , as I said, I paid via PayPal and will be raising an issue with them and requesting a refund soon. You should get what you pay for, and in this case, I'm not. I hate feeling that I have been ripped off, don't you ?
Delivery means dispatched?
Ordered laptop. 2-4 working days delivery. Working day 4 item has been dispatched. No details. Working day 8 phone Asus.
"We've fufilled our obligation as it's been dispatched."
"er delivery is not the same as dispatched."
"yes it is"
Laptop is apparently at a UPS collection point. Customer "Service" person said they will launch an investigation but no attempt or ability to get a 1000 GBP laptop to me. I suggested cancelling the current order and getting me one for working day 10. "We need the laptop back first."
Asus own the problem: sort it out for your customer first and deal with the issues with UPS separately. Instead you made the UPS issue something the customer has to deal with. Useless.
[obviously I did not learn from my 2022 experience!]
The lightly used Asus laptop out of order in 13th month of purchase
The touch pad was just out of order in the 13th month of purchase so the owner need to pay for exceptional high of repair cost. Asus vivobook 17 is never a reliable choice.
Quick and simple RMA process
Bought an Asus vivobook for college. Unfortunately broke within 3 months. Sent it in with warranty, they fixed it and sent it back as good as new. It was quick and they had it sorted within 10 days. - thanks Asus!
Most of these reviews about Asus avoiding honouring warranty are worse case scenario. I was skeptical after reading these reviews - but now I can say from my own experience that I would buy Asus again.
The ASUS ROG-STRIX-850P-GAMING PSU does…
The ASUS ROG-STRIX-850P-GAMING PSU does what it’s supposed to—powers my system without issue, I guess. It’s just a power supply, so it’s hard to get too excited about it. It has all the standard features you’d expect, like 80+ Gold efficiency and a decent number of cables for most setups. But honestly, I feel like the product isn’t the real issue here.
The customer service from ASUS has been downright awful. I had reason to contact ASUS but trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare. For a premium brand like ASUS, I really expected better.
It’s a decent PSU if it works, but don’t expect any help from ASUS if something goes wrong. For that reason alone, I can’t really recommend this product.
The ASUS ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI motherboard works, I suppose. It has all the usual features you'd expect for the price—decent performance, Wi-Fi, and enough ports for most needs. Nothing particularly exciting, but it gets the job done. The layout is compact, so if you’re working with a smaller case, it’s fine.
However, ASUS’ customer service continues to be a major disappointment. I I had reason to contact ASUS but trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare. For a premium brand like ASUS, I really expected better. For a company like ASUS, it’s honestly frustrating.
The motherboard itself is functional, but if you run into any problems, don’t expect any real help from ASUS. It’s just not worth the hassle in my opinion.
Just read the reviews first.
I missed my delivery because the warehouse didnt send through any emails stating the item was out for delivery, infact the website still showed "processing". After chasing up with multiple people who promised to get back to me and never did, the router got sent to me. Afterwards I received tracking details four days late. Just like most big companies, they've all reduced their service quality as low as possible.
