Ordered a monitor, came broken, poor communication on how and when to send back. When I finally did, I was told the wrong information multiple times. Waited forever for a refund (ordered 30th of Dec). It is now the 24th of Feb.
Everytime I rang to find out where my refund was they said 2-3 days. It never showed. Had to then contact my bank and send them evidence of all contact with the company to get my money back. More hassle.
WORST COMPANY. WORST COMMUNICATION. DO NOT USE THEM.
Asus broke my laptop further
defect in laptop, they say I caused it. I sent a pic with the repair request, they have damaged the screen.
I had premium care and they said it doesn't cover damage (even though they damaged the laptop).
Further to that management confirmed that local accidental damage is not for any end users ever, despite it being advertised as part of AP Care.
Extremely slow cash backs
I bought a high-end ASUS GPU. It came with two separate cashback promotions/offers. I completed both offers following the T&Cs carefully.
ASUS then emailed me to say I had successfully validated my claims for both cashbacks.
Update: It took a very, very long time to get the cash backs, almost a year for one of them, but both have now finally arrived.
Physically faulty on arrival. Incredible.
My brand new monitor arrived today. Everything seemed in order until unpacking the screen itself. One edge had a gaping unclosed seam with a gap of a few mm along much of its length and there's the sound of loose material rattling around inside. £465 for a brand new monitor and didn't even get to switch it on. Extraordinary lack of quality control. Absolutely dreadful.
Asus are a bad joke
Asus are appalling - Thier software is buggie mess, over another buggie mess with every update adding more bugs and solving nothing.
Their Armoury Crate software has locked me out of my AMD GPU, their solution, I have to "replace" their BIOS. The PC is 3 weeks old and unusable. So I have to send the whole thing back for a refund.
No Costomer Care, just some poor telesales guy sending me links to 3 year-old FAQ's and a YouTube Video with an eye-opening comments section.

Bought asus laptop
Bought asus laptop, found out only way to swich modes like turbo , standart , silent ... only possible while using there official armory crate software. Today we had no internet so wanted to do some rendering and video encoding, to do that need to swich laptop to performance mode. But armory crate wants some kind an update and with out it doesn't let me use power modes. Since I do not have internet this renders laptop useless. Asus you are useless, selling it and never touching your products again
1200W ASUS ROG Strix Gold Aura Edition Modular 80 Plus Gold PSU
Brilliant PSU for the price. 1200w is more than I will every need. These cost a bit more but the warranty is worth that as I know these will last so worth paying extra for the longevity. It looks and feels premium, cables are best I've used.
This is one of the worst experiences of customer service of my life
This is one of the worst companies to buy a product from as not only are their products substandard, but they have the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. After only five years, the external speakers failed and I sent to be repaired, it not only came backed completely wiped of its BIOS and was completely unusable, but I spent two months chasing either them or their contacted third party repair centre for information. In the end I was advising them on how to treat their customers. I still however do not have a useable laptop, it came back in a worse state than when I sent it for repair. They treat their customers with contempt and responsiblize their customers to solve the problems they created. Horrendous and a complete waste of my time, money and caused me a great deal of stress. I would avoid their products like the plague.

I’ve always had good experiences with asus. However my Up Arrow has broken on my £2000 zephyrus white g15 2022 laptop so I simply need a new key sent out as it is under warranty still.
However the reply I got was to ask me to post the entire laptop to the repair centre 🤦♂️ meaning I will lose a weeks professional work.

ASUS Zenbook Duo - Great!
This is to review my ASUS Zenbook Duo 24 which I owned for 6 months now. I am extremely pleased with this laptop. It has great battery life when using one screen (12h or so) and is still very good with 2 screens (6-8h with 2 screens in my experience). This clearly depends heavily on the use / the brightness etc. The quality of the screens is great. The use of the laptop with 1-screen mode is great, pretty much like a normal laptop; just a bit heavier and thicker - I travel a lot and this has never caused me trouble. When on 2-screen mode multitasking is much easier - i.e. having a Word on one screen and an Excel on the other and so much more. The increased height of the top screen makes it even more comfortable to watch at eye level. The keyboard is pleasant to use when on 2-screen - it can be sliding a bit on the surface but it depends on your use of it. The battery of the remote keyboard is good. I never used the pen sold with the laptop. I had no issues whatsoever with the laptop and I think this is a great innovative product that has a great quality-price ratio.
Asus Worst Customer service I've come across
Asus customer service is shameful the way they speak to you on the phone cutting you off then when you ask for their name they refuse and there and hang up there is no way of making a complaint as the link on their site doesn't even work, to think I paid £1000 for a laptop that is faulty and get treated like that I wont ever make that mistake again would avoid these armatures like the plague and no response from Asus will change my mind on here.

Asus computer bought Feb 24, returned to Currys Sept 24. Poor service all round from Currys, Asus and We repair (Asus's repairers). Eventually Werepair diagnosed water damage and a hefty repair bill!?
We disagreed asked Asus to intervene quoting the many similar complaints seen online. Asus reiterated water damage. It's their word against ours. How can so many people have water damage? We've had a number of computers over the years with no instances of water damage? We are contacting consumer rights organisations and writing to R4 you and yours. Please do so too.

Absolutely disgusting service here. I telephoned three times just for advice on how to get out of the Bios Utility EZ mode on my Notebook. My call was disconnected on two occasions mid conversation which is beyond rude. Operators need to look at their policy when it states that calls are recorded and listen to themselves. Who trains and runs these companies?
Worst customer service
Truely the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. Was lied to about my warranty when I called so I sent in my laptop in and got an service cost for almost £2000 which was more expensive than the laptop itself.
They confirmed it was a faulty chipset on the board so would have been faulty since purchase. After multiple back and forth emails where they continued to lie to me about what I was told regarding the warranty and avoid helping and constantly asking me to pay up, I made a Data Subject Access request under GDPR via email to get the phonecall logs and which was shrugged off and was told you already have all the information so pay up.
I have now paid the £45 over the phone for them to basically release my product from its hostage situation caused by them outright lying (which was 2 days ago) and have just received another email saying please pay for us to return your device.
Truely the worst customer service. I have asked to make a complaint and speak to managers to be told that they deal with that themselves, even when making legal requests I had to point out to the morons at customer service that it is a request I was making under GDPR and not just a random request.
Worst company to deal with
I arranged a repair for my Asus ROG Ally gamepad, and they provided a shipping label, asking me to schedule a pickup. However, I can only select either the current day or the next, with no option to book in advance. Every day, the system tells me the chosen date is unavailable, leaving me stuck with a broken device and no collection for over a week. I’ve decided to return it to the store where I bought it and let them handle the issue! Update: Its now 11th January issue still not resolved. Nonexistent customer support!!! Stay away from this brand at all costs!! Scam

Blathered in adverts, 3 days to get it to accept a password and email address.
Even after that it seems to forget the one it picked as being OK.
All I wanted was to order stuff off the net!
The 'hard sell' at Currys persuaded me to buy it.
£500 and odd to buy it and Mcafee.
Trying to do anything on it is hampered by the garbage all over the screen which is far more important to Asus that a happy customer.
Customer service is abysmal.

BEWARE LAPTOP MODEL F1605ZA ASUS LAPTOP, Computer caught fire inside my home on my coffee table while Iid was closed and not being used.
The laptop was plugged in, I came home 5 minutes before my home and my 8-year-old Chihuahua Bethoveen were destroyed by fire.
I Contacted Asus who did send a replacement computer after 3 weeks!
Mine was under warranty, also it was a better model than the one that I previously had that caught fire, this is true.Then I asked for smoke damage cleanup to be paid for by Asus, because there was thousands of dollars worth of smoke damage to my home, and $650 worth of fire damage.
Asus agreed to pay the damages if I sent the laptop to them which I did and of course they would not compensate me because it was determined to be started
from an outside source. What tha What? What outside source? No one was home, and the fire department ruled the laptop caught fire because the battery became hot enough to combust. Asus made that up to keep from paying the damages to my home.
The estimated damage from the smoke was b/w $4100 and $7,500 I got two estimates from Servpro, and ServiceMaster which are professional smoke cleaning services.
They refuse to pay any of the money to have the home cleaned up. And use trickery and stall tactics to receive the laptop as well as delay.
I'm going to say this again the computer caught fire on my coffee table in my home, it did not just get hot and melt the plastic it burst into flames and was on fire when I opened my front door to my home, ON FIRE and it was pitch black dark inside my home and Beethoven who is like one of our kids, was in the closet, a smart place to be, but I had to go inside the home three times to find him in pitch black smoke the smoke covered my entire home the mattresses all our clothes all my furniture my HVAC units everything completely covered in black smoke. I had thrown water on the computer, not a good idea by the way, then throw the computer outside the home into the yard to put it out. Asus refused to pay for any of it. What if it would have been at night and me and my kids and our dog were all asleep in our home? We may have all succumbed to smoke inhalation and then most certainly worse, I've read more than one article with this very incident has occurred and many many laptop fires have started because of overheating batteries. I am trying to warn the public and here is the model number. Laptop model F1605ZA. BEWARE OF THIS COMPUTER AND COMPANY PLEASE. Get this, I only ask for $5,000 from Asus, that only covers the cleaning of the home that does not cover any furniture any clothes any mattresses that will just covers the walls the ceiling and the carpet. They did not offer to pay for any hotels which we were displaced and still are,, AND STILL ARE!! WE ARE STAYING AT MY MOTHER'S HOME. We're a poor family blue collar hard-working, barely making ends meet as it is family. And we ask for nothing but our home to be cleaned so we could move back in. We did not ask for anything else nothin, only the smoke removed from our home so we do not become sick and sit on furniture that turns our clothes black. Please understand this we did not ask for 20 or 30 or 40 or $50,000 but 5, FIVE. LOL FIVE. A outside source would mean that someone broke into my home and did what? set fire to my laptop with a match a torch a magnifying glass? What outside source? Pathetic please be aware before you buy this model F1605ZA. I would advise against buying one from them at all. I've never sued anyone before, but now I see why people do.
Asus AP201 Tempered Glass Case
Very well built small form factor case. Looks very good on a desk as part of a minimal build. The quality is very nice for the price point, I especially liked the tool-free glass panel access after using cases with screws for side panels for too long. The only point that slightly bothers me is the lack of a filter for the top panel, but it's acceptable at this price point. The space behind the motherboard might be a bit small for some builds in terms of cable management but that's expected in a case this small. Overall very happy with my purchase, awesome case.
Update ~6 months on, Asus doesn’t pay the cashback for the review promotion, the product itself is good but don’t take into any cashback promotion by Asus into account if you’re buying in the future. Removed 2 stars for this as this was what made me choose Asus over another product.
